I was sold a lemon!! Be very careful buying a car from this dealership especially females that are first time buyers! I brought a car my very first car ever on my own December 8th 2023 I had the car for 1 1/2 i began to hear noises coming for the car I was told it was something minor which it wasn’t. I got an oil change the problems were still there I took the car to 2 shops to get fixed the 1st shop declined because the so called warranty wanted to tear down the engine do to my car having engine failure instead of just replacing the bad engine which should I have been replace by dealership before selling the vehicle! I then contacted the warranty like I was told to do and I was told to take it the the actual Kia shop I was told I would have to pay 2,198 for tear down cost out of pocket just for them to not ever the engine and I would have to pay 8,000 just for an engine failure on top of other issues with the car absolutely not! I put alott of money into this vehicle for me to only have it for a month in a half. I put down 1,500 plus making sure I paid my bill on time every month with no car the car has been in the shop for over 5 months this has ruin my year I’ve been emotional drained I have lost my job due to being late having to find a way to work and still managed paying for this worthless car.

Mr.Ashe is the greatest a very genuine and caring individual, if you need a good vehicle fast he’s definitely the person to see i didn’t have certain things that other dealerships “require” you to have to drive off same day and Mr.Ashe really helped me out and looked out for me. Go see Ashe at Hilton motors asap!

This place is the best after a long search for a year I finally found the right place that did me the favor of giving me the opportunity to have my first car I looked in many places and everyone told me that I couldn't finance a car because I'm in another contract with my boyfriend but in this place they gave me the opportunity to finance a car without having to be rejected for being a cosign. I really appreciate the workers, excellent people and very friendly I highly recommend this place.
