Let me 1st start off by saying. If you need Brakes done I'd advise you NOT to go here. I spent over $800 attempting to get my brakes done here, with one individual supposedly doing my brakes and servicing like 5 other people when they came for service. I went to Meineke for a diagnostic which told me that the service I had already paid for at Henry wasn't done correctly, so I'm going to be out more money. And I wish I didn't have to put a star at all.

After having a bad experience with the Henry Tires in Hampton off of Mercury (selling me a warped tire, and then installing it on the wrong side of the car) I ended up here not realizing they are affiliated, after I searched “used tires near me”. Shaun was willing to fix my situation, but only partially. He offered to replace the tire that was sold to me damaged, but I still needed a tire; for the tire I needed replaced in the first place. He advised that I call the store and see what they were willing to do. After I called and fussed, the receptionist in the Hampton location notified me of the policy they have for “no warranty on used tires” I requested to speak with a manager and she let me know that was Shaun. After the Hampton location pushed the problem off to him, he cleaned up their mess, correcting it all. I got my tires replaced and he did it in under 30 mins, as I was dealing with a fussy toddler. I appreciate him for making it right.

I was having a problem with my tire losing air. Took it to the Henry's on Jefferson for a quick and easy repair. They also taught me where the special socket is usually located for my rims ??♀️?. Very professional and affordable service!

I took my car to Henry’s tire and auto last September and I’m still trying to get my car up and running. I paid them in full and they were unable to fix my car. Now they go back on a promise that they made saying that they would refund at least half of my bill. Now they are saying they meant to only refund half of the labor. Now I have the car in another shop and they are charging me even more to fix all the mistakes Henry’s tire and auto caused to my car. In a few days, this will have been a year and my car still hasn’t fixed and they took my money. Also they gave my credit card info to another shady business and I had to call and dispute a charge from a company that I have never even been to!!! They obviously do not keep sensitive info like credit card information private like the way it should be. The owner of this business never valued my time at all. Also, they do not treat their employees the way they should. Shelton has been very pleasant and helpful but unfortunately his supervisor rather go on multiple vacations ironically with the money he took from me and didn’t provide anything but a headache. Shelton’s supervisor also took money from his own employee because his boss claims he’s taken too much time on my car and has to pay for the “loss” which is absolutely ridiculous. If anything this owner of this shady business should pay Shelton and I for waisting so much of our time since his version of “working” and solving problems is going on vacation constantly. Regardless stay far away from this place because the upper management clearly has no idea what they are doing or how to treat customers.

Stopped by about my tires being loud at highway speed. Shelton assessed my problem on the spot, told me what needed to be done, and where I could take my car for an alignment afterwards as they can’t perform them on my vehicle. I appreciated that even though he couldn’t perform the work he didn’t charge me. Highly recommend, will definitely be back.
