Alicia was a godsend with helping me with my fiancées ring. I originally purchased the ring from helzberg in Livermore California and after finding out I got the wrong metal I took it back in to get it changed. There was a lot of confusion with the way it was rung up and how we were going to fix it, but the most important thing was the time crunch I was on to get it fixed before leaving the country. Alicia S helped me through the whole process, kept great communication, and expedited the process and made it work on time! Thanks Alicia!

In my recent experience with Helzberg Diamonds Newport News location was for the purpose to have my watch repaired. I was assisted by Alicia Johnson whom during this process was very helpful. I was initially told that this would take 4-6wks from the date of drop off. After 6wks had passed without no update I reached out to the store to see where things were process. Without going into every detail I found out that my watch repair was going to take up to 4 months to repair and receive. This news was very disappointing being that I was given a different timeline initially by someone other than Alicia. In moving forward Alicia apologized for the inconvenience, delay, and misinformation. She then took total responsibility and assigned herself to be my direct point of contact as she did the research to find out the actual timeline to have me watch repaired. Since that day Alicia updated me by phone and text to ensure I was fully aware of every step up until the day she received the call that my watch had been repaired and was going to be shipped on that day or the next. Alicia went above and beyond, she was patient through my questions and frustration, she was detailed and followed up, friendly, knowledgeable and focused on me. At least it felt that way ? I will receive my watch on today and I’m hugely appreciative to her for her time, effort and dedication to assisting me as a customer. I was helped by Stephanie Hux and she was amazing! I was looking for estimates to fix a broken wedding ring which was a 43 year old heirloom so I was really in distress. She did not pressure me and reassured me that my piece was in great care with them. I picked it up today and it’s beautiful! It looks even better than the condition I received it in. I am very satisfied with not only the work to my ring but the care and empathy that was shown to me by Stephanie and the other employees there who offered assistance as well! Highly satisfied and will definitely return for new pieces as well.

The new manager Alicia Satsatin made everything right from my husband's original purchase. She was kind, caring, and showed compassion for my concern regarding the service I had done for my original bridal set a few days prior to meeting with her. I chose to get an exchange since it was within the timeframe of under 12mos of our purchase and she made the exchange process nice and easy. I walked out with an even better more beautiful new Bridal set. I will use Helzberg Diamonds in the Patrick Henry Mall again for our future purchases because of her. Thanks Alicia.

Their service is punctual, efficient, and compassionate. Jennifer was the first employee I encountered on my first visit. She made me feel more comfortable with the process of purchasing an engagement ring. When I came back to pick and purchase a ring, Stephanie was more than happy to show me many options and was full of information for every ring I was considering. Giving the pros and cons of every ring to help me pick the best one. When struggling with the anxiety to propose and picking the perfect way to do it, Tony and Stephanie helped to pick wonderful ideas on how to approach the once in a lifetime experience. All three of these employees were well-informed about the product they sell, honest, and friendly. Thank you for the experience!
