I bought a $4,000.00 sectional from them and in 3 months two of the recliners have stopped working. I had purchased the protection plan for the furniture and after contacting that company they ordered a "part" to fix the first one and now 8 weeks later they won't answer our phone calls. It appears we have to start a new ticket now to have the second recliner assessed by them...... Do yourself a favor and do not waste your money on the the substandard furniture sold by Haynes.

Very pleasant experience. Salesman was quick with answers and offered suggestions. Was sticker shocked about delivery charges and was hoping for a quicker turnaround time, but it is what it is…. I’ve bought items from Haynes since the 80’s. Found the store to be consistently providing good quality and have never been given excuses for late deliveries.

Mr Isaiah was amazing, he directed me in making the right decision for a presidential style desk for my husband. He was not pushy and he did not hover over me, he stood far enough away to be accessed when I had questions. We are pleased.
