We have purchased from Haverty twice. We were very pleased with our first purchase as a matter of fact we still have the wall unit after 20 years. My issue is with our 2nd purchase, the Aviator sofa. After 5 years the cushion on one side has sunken so badly. Very disappointed! Over $3,000 for a poor quality sofa.

The gentleman that helped us was very knowledgeable and kind and went out of his way to help us and so did other people in there. We enjoyed the experience and we loved what we saw. We just happened to continue shopping and actually found something else that we liked even better, but we will be back.

Always a pleasure shopping at Havertys. I am always greeted warmly . This visit was with my Son and daughter inlaw. who were happy with there purchase I as usual had to buy something. Leslie Cooper was our sales associate and he did a fabulous job! Great service, no pressure, very knowledgeable. He made the sales process really easy and was able to fill our order for a new sofa out of local inventory so we will have it delivered in a few days. All-in-all a great experience!

Our Sales Rep, Teya Lamont, is just wonderful! This is the 2nd piece of furniture we have purchased from Haverty's (with Teya) She really has invested herself in Haverty's and the quality furniture you sell. Teya knows all the brand names, the history of the manufacturer, types of material, and everything in between. You can ask her anything and she always has the answer (and if she doesn't, she will find out) Teya really makes you feel confident purchasing from Haverty's and is a valuable asset as well as an outstanding face of Haverty's representing the Company with her huge smile and positive attitude. Unfortuantely, this kind of "old school" personal customer service is a rarity in our growing age of NO customer service and decline in consumer confidence. Thanks again! We will be back and also spread the word to shop at Haverty's to family and friends.
