Absolutely lovely store and the employees were outstanding. Caroline was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of each piece and Collection. I'm new to the area and stumbled on a Jem! I will definitely be back soon

My family and I made an impromptu visit to Hauser’s while passing through the area. My daughter and I purchased matching “permanent” anklets. Paige was very welcoming and great with helping keep our youngest entertained while we shopped and Caroline did a great job with our anklets!

This is my favorite place. Fair priced work done quickly and with tremendous care. I've had stones replaced, jewelery resized, and a custom ring created from scratch here. Also got an upgraded wedding band from their estate case! Caroline is my go-to lady for help. 5/5 stars for her as well as the store.
