Went to look at trucks, the manager came out within ten minutes of rolling up, he sent us to Michael who let us try out several trucks. He was very knowledgeable. Listened to everything we wanted, and we landed on the perfect truck. The finance guys Jared, Joe and Scott were amazing. Got us the numbers and financed quickly. The whole process took just under 3 hours, which is the fastest we have ever bought a car for. We'd recommend Southern Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. And we walked away with plates on our new vehicle and we are so pleased.

Ok I bought a new truck last year. I go to Southern Ford for maintenance. I went today. This is my third time coming in.
I am noticing now that the Service Center runs like a Swiss watch and I'm noticing that it is due to Ms. Spangler. I am noticing (and another customer did too that was waiting in the lounge area) she is very organized and efficient.
You hear so many nightmare stories about people dealing with the dealership AFTER you buy your vehicle. But I have to say I am impressed so far.
Today I got a free oil change, tires rotated, new cabin filter and air clear. Wiper blades replaced and it didn't cost me a dime!
AND I was personally walked to my truck outside. I feel valued as a customer here. This doesn't happen much in these times. I will definitely be coming back for my next truck!
