I purchased my vehicle in 2021 from Southern Acura Newport News and have had excellent customer service experiences!!! Devin sold me my first Acura and I can text or call him any time with any question. Berna makes sure my Acura is running in tip top shape. She just saved me $3k in service charges by reaching out to my fidelity service warranty company. I literally cried tears of joy when she told me. My car runs like new. I couldn't be any happier with my Acura family.

Recently we just bought a vehicle at this location. From the beginning it was a great experience I drove into the lot to look over a car and the sales rep didnt hurry up and show up asking questions. They provided me with sometime to look at the cars before approaching me (which is something I hate when I go car shopping is being approached the second I get there) Russel (Sales consultant) was very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable about the vehicles. Was very patient with me on deciding what color I want and my negotiations lol. They gave me a fair price on the vehicle and I didnt spend hours there negotiating the price. Hands down I should of came here sooner.
Update: After 4 years of still owning the same suv, love this place and customer service. Cisco in the service department hands down the best! Luxury service everytime when I go in. to get the car serviced. Reminded me of a recall the car had, was fixed in 3 days. Can't say enough good things about him and the service team. A+++
