I always have fun here, NEVER have I been disappointed. Awesome stylists. i just sit in the chair and The Carter Women work their magic. OMG these chicks are off the chain. When they say trust them, DO IT! They got you. Saeeda slays my hair every Friday Night and she brought my child's hair back to life and a smile back to her face. I love them.

Best place in Newport News,( if not all of Va) to relax , sit back and let a true Hair Diva take you under her wing. I am so used to people thinking this isn't my real hair when i leave Madam Alanna, that sometimes i just casually pull it all up, as i run my fingers through it, then let it drop , LOL. Until the first time i had the pleasure of Madam Alanna taken me on as a client, i truly had no idea my hair could feel soo soft and look soo good. I love for people to feel my hair and look surprised at. 1. It's sooo soft and 2. It's not a wig and 3. Its not a perm. If you want great hair at a reasonable price, go to Hair Divas, it'll be a unique experience you won't regret. Also good conversation , great music and Madam Alanna has a beautiful personality. Customers always come first.

Horrible experience! Rudy did a bad job - I left and went home and cut my hair. Expensive for subpar work. I took that mess out as soon as I could. I will not be going back.

Lana has done my hair a few times cut & style and each time she out does herself the appoinments are hard to get but worth it though she had to correct other peoples work she is great, the stylist all build rapport with each customer that they encounter,

Rough visit. Great hair styles, but the environment is not professional. My hair too 6 hours instead of 4 with 4 different people working on it. Children of the workers were the distraction and also not clean.

I have been looking for a salon and stylist for months that did a great job on my hair, personable stylist, and a comfortable atmosphere. Thank you for taking me at the last minute Saeeda you did a great job. I highly recommend this location.
