Specialties: Trimmed my eye brows and waxed some off my eyebrows and chin and mustache area
Hair type: My hair is very course, thick and very straight and requires coloring twice the hour, blow drying and hair drying twice the hour and styling twice the hour

Was the worse experience I have had at a beauty salon in a long time. I had to wait passed my appointment time. Then I explained what I wanted as my haircut and it did not happen.
Stylist: Do not remember her name, but she said she had been doing hair for a year. First she took 45 minutes just to do my eyebrows. When I made the appointment I had asked for lips and chin online also and a haircut, blow dry. I explained how I wanted my haircut 3 times and she said ok. She turned me away from the mirror and cut my hair. When she was finished it was the worse haircut I have had in a long, long, long time. And she blowed dried it and I look like the little “Dutch Boy “ on the paint can. It has been a month and I still cannot do anything with my hair. I would never ever recommend that salon to anybody. I did hair for years and know how things should be done. Was not even offered a discount or anything. And yes I did pay for the services.

Hair type: I’m bald but the my beard is long
Stylist: All the stylist are GREAT!!!! But I think my favorite one is Breeanna Ferrell. She’s truly a miracle worker. Hands down. But all the girls are amazing you can always go in there and have excellent service. So please people tip them and don’t be rude to them.

The style I requested was subtle layers in the front. I started with showing my stylist a photograph of what I had in mind. My hair stylist did not listen to me before she styled my hair. I expressed to her that I have a deep side part before she started cutting. She stated that starting with my hair parted down the middle was her method and proceeded. My hair was parted to where I keep it after she cut significant layers into my hair. I had a huge chunk of significantly shorter hair all on one side looking far from what I had showed her or asked for. My stylist then expressed that it was looking like that only because my hair was wet and went on to blow dry it and claimed that would help. While she was blow drying my hair she sucked some of my hair up through the back to the blow dryer and my hair got stuck and had to be removed with the help of two stylists. Once it was dried it looked worse. I told her I was still not happy with what she had done to me and then she proceeded to keep cutting . Eventually I got so upset with my appearance and told her I was no longer comfortable with her moving forward. She went to the back and got the assistant manager who came out and kept cutting my hair. It helped a bit but it was beyond repair. The manager, Trish I belive, then came out. I let her know that my original stylist told me that the cut itself wasn't the problem, the problem was my hair and how it was laying. I belive if she had parted it before styling like I requested in the beginning the cut wouldn't have been so horrifying. I am not terribly upset with my appearance and have cried for hours today. The cut is horrible. Not at all what I asked for. I asked for low maintenance and now there's a 7.5 inch differnce between the shortest chunks of hair in the front and the longest in the back. My hair looks like it has two different styles going on. I am just devastated that I have to live my life looking like this for the foreseeable future until my hair grows out which doesn't happen quickly. This individual should not be trusted with the hair and appearance of others.

Trish was awesome to talk to and a very genuinely caring and interesting person, not to mention...great at her job! I loved my cut! The rest of the team was also welcoming, respectful, & chill! It was a great vibe! Would definitely return! :)

I normally dont leave reviews, but this place I have to warn people about. I recently had a deeply disappointing experience at this salon. My son's haircut, intended to be a typical teenage boy hairstyle with fluffy, curly hair, turned into a poorly executed Fohawk with uneven edging, resembling a cockatoo. When I expressed my dissatisfaction at check-out after seeing my son's hair close-up, the stylist dismissed my concerns, lecturing me instead of taking accountability. The situation escalated, and I refused to pay for the subpar service and disrespectful behavior. The stylist even resorted to a scare tactic by taking a photo of my car. I called the police to intervene, as the salon lacked a manager or any concern for customer satisfaction. This was undoubtedly the worst salon experience I've ever had, and I urge the owner of this franchise to reconsider their hiring practices. The lack of empathy and professionalism during this encounter was alarming.I went to Executive Cuts in Yorktown and they were able to salvage this butchered hair cut, incredibly!
