I’m giving this two stars because the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful especially Jenny. This is grossly overpriced. The standard answer from management is that the money is donated. You could donate a lot more if you sold things reasonably. The same case of porcelain valuables has been sitting there at a ridiculous price getting dusty for a hot minute. Most restores are fantastic; this one is not. Donate or shop at the Williamsburg or Yorktown location. They priced a glass paperweight at $17. That thing better cook me dinner for that price. Shameless.The audacity.

I love the Restore store. I looked around to a few places trying to find a Flat TV stand, couldn’t find one affordable. Went to Restore and found the perfect one!! It was in great condition, and very affordable!!

Used to be well priced, however often times you will find used products extremely close to the price of new / comparable items that would come with a warranty.Would rather shop elsewhere now.Staff is nice and store is well organized.

I have been shopping here for a few years and would always see this hardworking person eager to provide assistance. I finally asked his name but while asking, I saw his name, Chris Stevey. Mr. Chris Stevey would make a great manager at any of Habitat's locations including the one in Newport News, Virginia. He really deserves a bonus award every year. He makes this store look exceptional in regards to service.
