Precious cut my hair and decided to leave most of the cut hair still on my head. I get back in my car, run my fingers through my hair and clumps of cut hair were in my fingers. I also asked for a 2 shaved all the way up for an undercut and she missed several places. I can see why this place goes through hair "stylists" so fast. $20 for a job I could have done myself

Called another location and they told me this location closed at 8:00. I confirmed this on their website. I Arrived at 7:10. Lady told me they closed at 7:00. I explained that another location told me it was 8:00 and their website showed it was 8:00. She then tried to tell me they had staffing issues. Clearly she didn't want my business since her stories had changed.... Really sad..theres other businesses that do want my money.

I've been a customer of shaniyas in Jefferson commons for years she's been the only one too really take the time to really critique my hair an b perfect everytime she's been very loyal to the company an bent over backwards for this company an went from salon too salon working for yall an Fina was settled in an very ell relieved by all an because of a simple important phone call she was let go this is a big blow too ur company and I'm very dissatisfied I've searched for years to b takin cate of properly an found her now u let her go I'm no longer happy with u

We came in to get my son's haircut today, we were greeted by Lisa. She was very friendly and gave my son a great consultation. She got an idea of what he was looking for and she gave it to him. She also styled it for him so he could be ready for photos right after. She was great and we will be back!Service: Haircut
