Hidenwood Shopping Newport News, Va location.1) I stated that I wanted my hair cut so I could continue to comb the sides back. This was not done. It was cut so short it will take a month or so for it to recover.2) I was also left with very short bangs that now stick straight down.3) To top it off, even my sideburns were not even. I was asked last night "what happened".

I wanted long layers. Even showed two pics to give the idea and I got a choppy cut that looks nothing at all what I asked for. My sister had no words for it. Completely disappointed.

I usually get a good haircut for the price as well as good service. Stopped in on 11/12 and received neither. Perhaps they are better when they start the day but these two “stylists” were duds.Service: Haircut
