There are several stylists here that shouldn't be working professionally IMO. Some are good some are not...it's a gamble. With a regular cut at $22 Im gonna just start paying a few extra dollars and go to a locally owned place. When it was $16-18 it was worth the gamble.

I just got a haircut today from here and the last time I was here the lady took off too much hair on the top of my head when I told her only to just clean it up so after a month and a half of growing out my hair again I go back to get my sides and back, shorter to try and fix their mistake And also told the lady to cut off my split ends but not too much as I explain to her. What happened last time I was there and she proceeds to take over an inch off the top of my head, even after just explaining to her all of this. I have been coming here for five years now and every single time I leave I am never happy with their services. I will now be searching for quality hairstylists than ever returning to this hairstyle franchise concept.

This is my Husbands account but I did NOT have a good experience. The first lady was VERY rough with my hair and pulled it several times, did not ask for what kind of hair styling I wanted and after 2 corrections to bad cutting had to get someone else to finish my haircut.

Do not go here, this store can not cut hair properly. They always get something off or are high af when cutting hair. The bigger woman once struggled to type the last 4 digits of my phone number 10 times because she kept giggling high. Left because if she can't focus for that what is she going to do to my hair?

Worst haircut ever!!! Asked for a cut off the sides and a "Llitle" off the top. She shpwed me the sissors and about 1/8 inch of hair as the amount to cut. She actually cut over a inch off. I will not go back.Service: Haircut
