The owner is unprofessional. Yelling at me when I asked a question. He put two manufacturer names on my bottle so I had no idea what the pill should look like. If it’s a new manufacturer, it should be standard practice to inform the customer in writing what the new pill should look like so the customer can confirm. What if I took the pill and it was the wrong one? My pill went from white to blue with no way to confirm if the new pill was the same medicine. He told me to go online to look - they are a pharmacy and should tell the customer. Where is the customer service? Very dangerous. I have a serious disease that relies on this medicine, so the fact that he yelled, wouldn’t let me ask my question AND wouldn’t tell me what the new pill should look like is unprofessional. Also the fact that he left the old manufactures name on the bottle tells me that they are lazy and didn’t want to go into their system and remove the old manufacturer. Don’t trust them.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! They go above and beyond for their customers, if you're looking for personalized service, from a family owned business, with a pharmacy that cares I recommend Glendale pharmacy

Excellent service, went here for quick access to a doctors ordered vaccine. They remembered my face greeted me with a smile saying " you wear the Faith shirts"Yep! In and out in 10 minutes. Much better than a wait in a doctors office.

Nice smaller personal pharmacy. It gives the mom and pop store vibe.. I like supporting places like that.. And they even offer delivery ☺️

Nice fill-in manager on 10/25/2022, However, it would be best if all employees were trained on consents. I came in to get a list of medications for my client as I am one of his providers. One of the workers ask"was this for another person (Im assuming she was familiar with this person as she said her name, Im also assuming that she was going to give me the list if I agreed to be that person) until I openly shared that I was a different provider, then everything changed such as demeanor and tone. I heard her speaking to the stand-in manager stating that she had to make calls. In which she said she was going to call the provider not the clients actually legal guardian which identified to me that she is unaware of her job duties because you don't call the provider you would call the legal guardian. I was then told that she can not give me what I needed as the manager had to be there, as she made a copy of my consent. I know that not to be true because I have done this before and you can go into to any pharmacy and request what is needed as long as you provide them with consent. I am just asking that associates be trained fully at their job duties, instead of sending customers away with incorrect information.

Nice enough people from my inaction, but I think it's ridiculous that they are selling 1 quick view covid testing kit for $30 packaged in zip lock bags after they broke down a box of 25. Mind you when I say 1 I don't mean like 1 boxes unit that would come with two swabs, two test strips, tray, and two vials of whatever the test solution is, it is just instructions and one of each and doesn't even include the tray.This just comes off to me as taking advantage of the current situation and scarcity of kids.

This pharmacy has a phone - and real people answer it!! After getting the runaround trying to get the J&J Covid-19 vaccine at other pharmacies, Glendale Pharmacy was a breath of fresh air. Their staff were very polite and considerate. I literally had scheduled appointments at 2 different national chain pharmacies, and got canceled day of. One hadn't bothered updated their vaccine availability, and texted us canceling out appointment 2 minutes before our appointment time. The other canceled because they closed their store for a few hours in the middle of the day - zero explanation or opportunity to reschedule. Glendale delayed their planned wrap-up time for walk ins so I had enough time to drive to them and get the shot. It was so refreshing to just be able to call and talk to a real person!

Been a great pharmacy with delivery especially because my aunt has disabilities, until today that rude lady whom delivered today doesn't need to work with people period!rude and didn't deliver!Send her back to where ever she came from ?
