This is the Second time that I wasn’t able to cash my check because they are closing the bank before 5:00pm the deposit box was close at 4:54 I tried going inside and the doors were already locked. Normal closing hours are at 5:00pm why am i not able to get assistance?

You can't get through to a person on the main directory. When you call a local branch none of the connections work. Customer service is horrible each time I need to talk with someone. I will never use this bank again.

Because we’ve moved several times in the last ten years, we have some experience with lenders as well as with FHA loans. This has been a nightmare from start to finish.We were approved for the loan at the end of March. We hoped to be closed and in the house by the end of April. Our old house sold in 24 hours and the closing was within a week.The brokers assigned to our mortgage loan consistently ignored our emails and phone calls in between the occasional document dump email. We would provide everything they requested- hear nothing for six weeks - and get another document dump email because so much time has passed.We’re now into June and still cannot get anyone to tell us what more they require and when they think we can close. I’m sure they think we’re being buyerzillas. We just want to know what more they want from us and why they won’t tell us anything.

Having problems with my monthly mortgage statements. The bank continues to send us incorrect payment statements. Each time I call the bank i have to wait @ 40 minutes. When i did reach a cust.service rep she was not trained and transfer me to another person- waiting another 30mins. I would never bank again with this inept bank.

Ryan Mutter helped us purchase a rental property this year and he was very helpful in the process. He also educated us in removing our PMI from our primary residence even though that mortgage isn't with his company. Highly recommended!

Rates were competitive. They offer some of the lowest closing costs fee around but our agent Ryan Mudder was very uninformative throughout the loan process. We were oblivious to the total amount required down at closing and that amount typically needs to be in the form of a bank draft or cashiers check. We were notified of that amount with less than 24 hours of our closing time. We closed our loan at a local title agency that he wasn't present for nor did he tell us he wasn't going to be present. Never followed up afterwards to see how everything went or if we had questions in which we did. Questions after the closing? Forget it. Never returned emails, text messages, or phone calls. We had to have someone else with in a local branch assist. Good Bank, bad representative.
