My Food Lion visit had a mix of positives and communication challenges. While finding items was smooth, a checkout incident highlighted a need for improved communication. The checker left without explanation, and when I inquired, the manager's indirect response caused confusion. Clear communication with customers is crucial for a seamless shopping experience. Addressing these issues could enhance overall customer satisfaction.

I had a worker try to I.D. Me when my husband was buying beer. I asked him way are you asking for my I.D. when my husband is paying for all of the groceries? He stated because I am with someone that is buying beer. I asked him if I was a child would I.D. me if I am with my parents ?Just then the lady who was on the other side of self checkout. Looked at the worker and said you didn't ask for my I.D.. When you came over here you only I.D. my husband ??????????
