I have found this company to be so locked up in procedures and corporate protocols that they are almost of no use to me. I've tried to work with them in anticipation of some ongoing material needs and the answer is always no or we can't do that. For a distributor who handles such a superior variety of items I feel it should not need to take days to get a $20 plumbing item that I warned them in advance I would need a lot of and on short notice and on an ongoing basis. Disappointing.

I absolutely love working for this amazing company! I’ve had the privilege of going to headquarters twice now for recognition for some safety rap videos that I was able to work with headquarters on for health and safety. Kevin Murphy is a great human being and so is everybody else who works for this company!

Big Thumbs Up for John and Toby at your Willmar, MN location. I came to their location to solve my new Kitchen faucet connection problem. 1950's Soft copper 3/8 and 1/2 solid. I'm seasoned in old world plumbing and spent lots of wasted time back and forth to Menards and Home Depot. I should thought of J and T first off. 15 minute of all 3 bantering and I had the fix. Back home the the fix took under 10 minutes. Thanks John and Toby, You Rule!

Good local staff and good selection of plumbing supplies, but they are often out of stock and worse, impossible to speak to employees at my local store. I stay on hold for 10 minutes or more. THE CALL CENTER HAS NO IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON AT MY STORE, and they are running this business into the ground.

One of the best office int the area with such a great location. Everything is new and model inside the building. Spectacular view from the office! Everyone in the company is so nice and supportive. Event with free food every month! Great place to work!!

I dealt with this company on a issue, that I had.And this company surpassed, my expectations for the issue. They went above and beyond to remedy the issue. I can't believe how much they cared about a customer. This company is truly top-notch and they proved that, period. They showed me that compassion and understanding still exists in today's world where many would have turned their backs they instead showed that humanity is still alive and they never wavered. I thank everyone in the company for all the help. And may God's blessings be bountiful for all of you. Thank you so much I would recommend this company for your next job one hundred percent.

Need to hold a seminar for management to take back to base unit on how to handle customers placing orders…. It’s easier to order off Amazon. Anything Ferguson dealing with my house I would rethink just to get away from the customer service craziness from Ferguson.

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. has to be the worse company to work with. They are very poor to responding to questions or e-mails. They have not paid their bills and refuse to call to get this straightened out. This has been going to September 2020. I am going to have to turn them over to collections. I wouldn't even give them a star, but that's the only way I can post this.

I’m very disappointed to confirm that based on my experience with the Ferguson Ann Arbor Michigan Showroom that all the negative reviews that this Company has received are most likely well deserved. This is amateur hour at it’s very worst. Order significantly messed up and my rep blames everyone /thing but themselves. Call your customer representative, leave multiple messages and she denies ever having received any of them even though instructed by her to call her direct line which I did. Once I did reach her promises to call back before she meets with her first “scheduled customer” and still waiting to hear from her — things really must be slow following a Holiday weekend or maybe just another .....? If there is anyone in this organization that cares about customer service I really would like to hear from them as this has been the worst customer service I’ve experienced with any supplier of any kind. Please call your Ann Arbor Office — they have my number.

Absolutely Awful HR customer Service. Called about a question in regards to why federal taxes were different despite tax rates being the same and filing the same as a year prior, and was sent an article that read, and I quote. "your w2's taxes are generated via your elections on your w4. If this doesn't answer your question, please call a number that has nothing to do with taxes when you click the link they give you."
