The lFerguson located on bland ave in NN has an employee name Allen Jackson but goes by AJ . AJ is very rude and appears to be racist. Every-time I visited this establishment, work related he is always rude and disrespectful . He has poor customer service and I notice that he only act like that with black people . Ferguson is a reputable company and to allow this old disgruntled gentleman to disrespect and treat black people in this manner says a lot about this company .

Ferguson Enterprises is the most poorly managed and operated business I have ever, in my life, dealt with.I purchased new high end kitchen appliances from them, for which they provided delivery dates which were never met. As a result, time and time again I arranged my schedule to receive and have these installed, only not to have them not show up.This occurred more than five (5) times.Sending emails and visiting their showroom yielded no satisfaction whatsoever.Finally, 6 months after all appliances had been installed and paid for, I got a phone call on Christmas Eve stating there was a balance of $900.00 remaining.A level of incompetence I've simply never seen before.

They Always have whatever I need to complete my plumbing jobs, and if not in the store they can order for me. Always great customer service, and very friendly . Would recommend to anyone trying to get a plumbing job done.

I have had an awful time with this company. When I try to go to see my order the web site goes to brand.com and nothing happens. I call customer service and the wait is at least 20 minutes. I ordered two sink for a Thursday deliver but now they are coming on Saturday. This order had taken up too much of my time and the customer service is a joke. This is my first time ordering from them and definitely my last. Maybe because I am a home owner and not a large purchaser of product I am treated differently. Proceed with caution..

Great place that have everything you need to fix the fixtures in your home or buildings, I need some thermal switches for my RV water heater and guess who had them, they did, Even the RV Dealers don't carry them kudos to them for having having the little things, I also brougot a quality water heater element wrench that actually fit my RV water Heater, The fit was perfect and made of real steel to prevent slippage, it worked like a charm, so if you can't find it, stop by here they most likely will have it, as long as it is for a residential home or RV home on wheels, Thanks again.

We were forced to use Ferguson’s as a result of our builder and it was and has been a nightmare (we are still waiting on items). Unresponsive employees (Steve Merritt) and a lack of communication are the name of the game with them. Do yourself a favor and find someone else - they are likely cheaper, more responsive and value customer service. Buyers Beware!
