Absolutely terrible customer service. Completely frustrating experience. They lie. They don't do what they say they'll do. Totally NON Responsive.If you need an appliance, run, don't walk, to some other appliance dealer.

Awful customer service, unreliable delivery dates, excellent at partial deliveries of uninstallable appliances.Excellent lip service.If you are going to use them, lower your expectations to below the bare minimum and they will still find a way of not meeting them.

Impressive showroom. I went in with my mom, to look for a hall light replacement. Not only did she find one, I found one as well. The quality of the products, and the selection they offer is phenomenal! I can't wait to shop for our bathroom fixtures there when we renovate!

his was my first time ordering through Ferguson and definitely my last. Any company this big needs to hire more people to answer the phone. They shipped my a toilet (bowl only) that could have been shipped via UPS but they sent buy truck. I had to lose a whole day of work waiting for the truck because they would not deliver to my door, only to the street. Arrived Broken. OK but then another **1.5** hours on hold to be told a new one would ship expedited and I would have it in two days. I asked to ship UPS, they said they would. Toilet shipped 4 days later by truck and they told me to take another day off from work and wait for that delivery in 3 more days. Another hour on the phone with he shipping company telling them I will not be home for a week. Can they leave it on the porch? No can do. I told them to cancel the delivery which they said they would. Another 58 minutes on the phone with Ferguson and the delivery was cancelled and I don't want it. I then requested a return label to send back the tank that did come UPS. I don't need it now. They had told me to destroy the broken bowl and I cancelled the replacement. They send me a label to return a bowl, not the tank and they tell me I have to be there between 9 and 5 to wait for the pick up. I don't have a freaking bowl now. one destroyed, one cancelled. I don't think so. You want it come and get it. I am not calling them back. I wrote them and they come back with an email telling me they are too busy to look at my email. This is why I always us AM EX. They will stand behind me. This company is the worse company I have dealt with in years. ITS A TOILET!!!! I am 2 weeks without a toilet because they can't get an order or customer service follow up together. This is why Home Depot and Lowes exist.
