Best inspection station!!! Definitely recommend, done in a very reasonable amount of time, everyone was awesome and super helpful! Car has been in the bodyshop since May, (it's July now) inspection ran out during the time in the bodyshop, got it back today and this was the only place around that was even willing to try to get me in last minute! Got it done without any hassle. Awesome job y'all!

I recently visited an Exxon gas station and was very impressed. The customer service was outstanding, with friendly and helpful staff. The general store was clean and well-stocked with a great selection of items. Additionally, I had my vehicle inspected and some repairs done; the mechanics were professional, efficient, and transparent about the work needed. Overall, this Exxon station provided excellent service across all areas, making it my go-to stop.

The 1 star goes to the Asian owner who is a extremely rude person just because I engage in a conversation with his Employee. Told me to back off and do not talk to him. Thanks to my calm temperance, I remain quite. Other person, trust me would have punch that guy in the face. 5 stars to Elijah. Who did a great job inspecting my vehicle.

Horrible customer service. I would avoid this place. Really sad. I have been buying gas here for over three years. Unwilling to help with anything. Money, Money, Money. They figure they do not need to be nice to anyone. I will never go back to this place again. Too many other places that have nice, courteous people. This place, you will not find that.

I WENT TO THIS EXXON ON 11/3/23 AND SPOKE TO THE WENT INSIDE TO PAY FOR OIL CHANGE THE WIFE ABOUT PRICE FOR OIL CHANGE SHE SD YOU HAVE ASK HUSBAND PRICE NEVER THE SAME. SO I SPOKE TO THE OWNER AND SAID I WANT CHEAPEST OIL CHANGE CAUSE IM ON A FIXED INCOME SD LAST TIME I WAS HERE I PD ABPOUT 59.00 FOR IT WANT SAME SERVICE I DONT REALLY GO ANYWHERE BUT WORK I AND HOME. THE OWNER SD OK. I SD I USUALLY GO TO MEINEKE, IN FACT HAVE 20.00 COUPON BUT I WAS IN AREA AND REMEMBERED THE GREAT SERVICE I GOT PREVIOUSLY SO I CAME BK HE SD THANK YOU. I KEPT ASKING FOR THE PRICE BUT HE WOULDNT SAY HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE SD I DIDNT WANT TO PAY OVER 59.00 HE NODDED OK. I SAT OUTSIDE FREEZING CAUSE SIGN SD COULDNT WAIT INSIDE STORE. WHEN THE OWNER FINISHED, HE SD OIL CHANGE WAS 107.00. I WAS IN SHOCK. I TRUSTED HIM TO DO RIGHT BY ME AS I HAD TOLD HIM TWICE I COULDNT PAY OVER 59.00. ESPECIALLY AS I TOLD HIM I WAS ON A FIXED BUDGET. I JUST WANTED A REG SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE. NO WONDER, SHE SAID THEY ARE NEVER THE SAME PRICE. I FELT CHEATED. I COULD HAVE LEFT AND WENT ELSEWHERE IF THAT WAS THE CASE. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO HIS SHOP AGAIN.

I have been here for state inspections several times with no issues. I went to the (12800 Jefferson Ave location) I was told to get in line by a employee then about 40 min later I was told to come back in the morning. I left then made a u turn to question why I was asked to leave if the employee told me to stay. I was told talk to the inspector and he was very rude .I was told to leave even after I explained the situation.
