Good service, good prices for all budgets. Quick delivery by very courteous and professional driver and set up. My Aunt saw some items she intends to buy when she moves shortly. I will be back also for an item I need when I return to the area in the Fall.

They steal your money and delivery whatever item they feel like delivering. After delivery, they won't fix what they delivered and won't refund or reimburse the difference you spent. There are five other furniture stores in the vicinity, go shop there instead at least they'll fix the mistakes that they make. Called other stores in the vicinity and told them the mistakes that Express made and they were able to fix it for a low cost to help me out since this store stole money. Don't waste your time here, terrible service overall.

The store itself has some great Furniture with Fair prices. The issue is that you will get approve you for $2,300 and if you don't pay off your balance in 90 days despite your original purchase amount of $800 you will owe the full $2,300. They will not disclose that information and it also reports wrong on your credit. Go somewhere else for better financing.

I did not like the attitudes of the sales associates at all. LOW energy and brought me and my family mood down. I went to this location yesterday and the sales associate had great energy and that was the reason I came back the next day to buy some furniture and because of the energy and the feeling like they didn’t care, and nonchalant. We didn’t even get greeted. We did not make a purchase and actually went to another location and gave them our business. When you making a sale energy is KEY. If you show your customers that you hate your job or don’t want to be there then that same energy your customers will feel and notice. Unfortunate that it turned out that way because if the other sales person was there I would have for sure made a purchase.

I went into the store with a lot of doubt. My sales rep made me feel with comfortable with my experience he explained everything to me as I went along. He even tried to get me more credit. I will be going back for more furniture.

Awful investment. I bought a couch from here August 2019 it is August 2020 and the couch is already broken. Even before it broke, it would creek every time I sat on it like I’ve had it for 20 plus years. I weigh 140 pounds so no, I am not extremely heavy. I would not recommend unless you want to buy a new couch in less than a year. You are better off going to Walmart or Big Lots.

Such rude people! The man at the desk wouldn’t talk to me he would only talk to the man I was with. Every time I was trying to get my point across he would tell me to be quiet or say that if I wanted to have an attitude I could leave. They shouldn’t be allowed to have anything to do with Uhaul. Rude people!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
