Each visit to the Newport News store is a great visit. The staff always smile and they assist you with all your needs and they also show new items to purchase. They don't upsell, but they share the latest fashion for men. I appreciate this store.

I've had a terrible experience with this company. After shopping there I starting getting unwanted promotional emails from DXL. I would receive 2 or 3 daily. I followed the unsubscribe instructions but they kept coming. I sent customer service a request to stop the emails and they continue to come. I don't recommend providing this company with your email address they abuse it!!!!

I enjoyed obtaining the articles of clothing I purchased from the store. I was really in need of the 2 slacks and T-shirts I bought. The female sales rep let me know what I could get with the coupon I received in the mail I couldn’t get a word in edgewise at first when I spoke to her at first, but I presented it in another way and I got what I wanted. I will visit the store again soon.

I came into the store to exchange a few shirts my uncle got for Christmas. The 2 ladies working at the front were kind and helpful, I heard them assisting others in the store helping to put together outfits etc and I just loved their energy, kindness, and the way they made you feel comfortable. I wish more stores had this vibe! The store was organized and clean and made for an easy exchange.

I came in with a belt I had previously purchased there.I showed the employee Anessa the bar code and told her I didn't remember when I had purchased it.It was too big and it had slipped my mind to return.She scanned it and told me it was purchased in 2020, way past the 90-day return policy time limit.Despite my error, she still allowed me to get a refund and exchange it for a brand new belt.Thank you, Anessa!
