Bad customer service, unprofessional. Brought shoes yesterday going to say the shoes look worn when i had just tried them on and took them off the box and shoes were brand new no marks on them

First and foremost “what’s up what you need?” is not a good way to greet anybody I don’t care where you think you’re at. Every lady in this mf on the floor had an attitude and wonder why folks don’t want to buy from them. Plus you hear them arguing and talking trash about customers loud in the back.

Never have your size 12 men or 9 women. Selling used already worn shoes and lie about they didn't sell them to you like they don't have camera in the store and you don't have the receipt. Time and date. The manager said it out her own mouth with the supervisor voucher with her.
