Stopped in with a couple friends for about 15 minutes so my friend could buy a jacket and as we were leaving the lady working there asked us where we put a blue ray disk because she thought we stole it and after telling her we didn't know where it was we left and she told us not to come back.

They treat their paying customers like criminals. No greeting just “YOU CANT HAVE THAT BAG IN OUR STORE.” Ladies of all ages you are not allowed to bring in personal bags, purses, etc if it’s shaped like a backpack! Even the little mini ones, yet you can carry a purse the size of a horse in. People the crap is given to you free of charge and you already charge like its brand new many of times. Get a grip!!!!!!!!!

I think people should stop donating to thrift stores donate to shelters and organizations that make sure people have what they need..

I go here frequently and my daughter always plays with the toys and I make sure she doesn’t leave them laying around. Today she was playing with the play kitchen and sitting on a kid purple chair. A lady (didn’t get the name but much older women) closes all the cabinets on the play kitchen and takes her chair and two other toys she was playing with and puts them up. Without saying a word to us or warning us to put everything back politely. Everything she was playing with was almost impossible to break for a 2 year old. I held back what I felt today but won’t see me in this store again. There was no manners and nothing was said. Your a women with age and experience I’m sure you were aware of what was going on and how you handle it. I’ll find the name and comment on this.

El lugar es bueno y siempre encuentras mucha variedad pero el día de hoy sábado 13 de Julio 2024 Una cajera de lentes que está en la entrada se portó racista con mi esposa y conmigo ya que nosotros solo le preguntamos por una cosa y nos dice no entiendo no hablo varios idiomas esto es América …. I was donating some items today after my yard sale. I took two boxes inside of the store and the cashier said they only accepted donations around the back. I then drove around the side of the building and I quickly began to unload the boxes that I had. The man that works there told me they could not accept the wall pictures that I had or accept a large stuffed animal bunny. The frames to the pictures were perfectly fine, the glass was not broken. On the back of one of the pictures, the paper was a little torn. If that was an issue, they could have torn off the paper and still sold the picture. The stuffed animal was in perfect condition and not dirty. If they're going to be that picky regarding the items they take, I will never be donating to them ever again. Nor will I shop at any of their stores. Giving them one star, was one too many. I wish there was an option to give none. (Oh yeah and by the way, they weren't just your average wall pictures. They came from an art gallery in California.)

I never write reviews unless they’re good because I have been in customer service all my life and I understand how it feels to have people pick at every little thing, but this was unacceptable. Used to come here all the time it was my go to place. Not anymore. Went in here today and told my little one he could pick out a toy (he’s 4 years old). Went up to pay for our things and the toy he picked out didn’t have a price. It was a used half broken little action figure and the super unhelpful not friendly staff informed me because it didn’t have a price he couldn’t get it because they had to put it in the back to be priced. Didn’t even get offered for them to call me on Monday or anything just told my little babe he couldn’t get his toy. Never going here again. If you have littles I wouldn’t recommend either unless you want them to get disappointed. Would have given less stars if I could.
