Never had a bad experience in a Dillards until today. The lady in the polo section for men was rude and the staff in the fragrance area was unprofessional. Nicest and most helpful staff I met was in the men’s shoe area! Unfortunate because the staff interaction made me decide to put all the clothes back which I was planning to purchase.

Was able to purchase my lingerie. They are the only department store to carry the brand I prefer. Also found 2 coats for our grandson at excellent prices. We always find good quality items for affordable prices here.

I hate shopping and only do it once or twice a year. Sometimes it's hard to find a person to help when you are at a store. Not here! The lady in the perfume section helped me to find exactly what I was searching for.

I bought shoes and when i took them home i realized they looked a little worn, not necessarily “used” but clearly not brand new. I went back to the store to get the exact same shoe in the same size to exchange and they refused claiming I had worn them and that “her girls would never sell me shoes like that”. Youd think with such high prices you could get better customer service.

I was so disappointed in the dressing room in Dillard's. I feel that the concentration in so much on the store in general that they neglect the cleanliness in the dressing room. Let me be clear; there were stains and trash on the floor, stains on the walls, and the smell was not pleasant. DISAPPOINTED. DO BETTER.

A Disappointing Experience Date: January 10, 2024 I am writing this review to caution potential customers about a recent experience that calls into question the fairness of Dillard's return policy. On December 17, 2023, I purchased a coat for $1005 as a special 60th birthday gift for my wife. At the time, I specifically inquired about their return policy and was assured that returns were accepted within 30 days of purchase. However, our trust in this policy was shattered when a significant defect was discovered. After the first use, my wife noticed that the side of the coat was curling inward, a clear indicator of a tailoring flaw. Confident in the integrity of Dillard's return policy and armed with photographic evidence of the defect, we attempted to return the coat on January 8, 2024. To our disbelief and dismay, the assistant store manager, Mr. Phillip Massengill, flatly refused our return. His justification? The coat had been worn. This condition was neither mentioned at the time of purchase nor is it a practical expectation. How can one assess the quality and fit of a garment without wearing it? This denial of service and lack of transparency regarding return conditions are not only disappointing but also reflect poorly on Dillard's commitment to customer satisfaction. The refusal to honor their own policy has left us feeling misled and unfairly treated. I urge potential customers to be wary of this store's return policy. The experience we had raises serious concerns about Dillard's adherence to fair business practices and their respect for customer rights. A store that does not stand by its products or policies is not one that deserves your trust or business.

Terrible customer service! Drove more than an hour through the tunnels because the person at the greenbrier location said the Patrick Haney store has plenty! That part was bad enough but the person at the Patrick Henry mall was very rude and not helpful Her words were "sorry she lied I can't help you" Would even attempt to look it up just gave me that look like go away.. It wasn't the fact that the Lady made a mistake when she told me this store had what I needed. It was the TERRIBLE awesome customer service from the person in the mens department. SHAMEFUL... The store its self is very nice, Good Sales. and Lots of selections .

Stay away from their so called vintage Louis Vuitton bags. I purchased 2 within a week of each other. This was only 4 months ago. One of them is falling completely apart at the seams. This purchase was close to 2000.00 and a gift for my daughter's birthday. Once you purchase one of these, you are on your own. Not only will they not return or exchange the items, but they refer you to a company ready to take more of your money to repair the bag. I've been a Dillard's customer for 40 years, and I will NEVER GO BACK TO ANY OF THEIR STORES. They've really gone down, and even calling the corporate office is a complete waste of time. BUYER BEWARE!

I just want to give a big shoutout to my customer service rep at the men's fragrances counter at Dillard's, Holly Greene. She was so fantastic! She showed me several colognes, as I am very particular, but she was very patient and fast to help me choose the one for me today. She is very good at what she does and her product knowledge level was amazing and very professional. I recommend you ask for her when you are there and need help finding just the right fragrance. She'll get you going in the right direction. I learned there are many types of fragrances so when she knows what you like, she can make a good assessment of others in a similar category and steer you in the right direction to help you pick. Stood there for 10 minutes while watching two blonde workers have a conversation and having them look at me every now and then. Needed to buy a cologne but no help, they left the cabinet open so i grabbed the size i needed and proceeded to walk to the front to purchase it with a wonderful woman who greeted me when i first walked in but the other workers finally noticed me as i was halfway to the front asking me if i need help. They watched me but didn’t help. I also made it very obvious what i was doing. Terrible service
