I feel like my agent really cares about me, my needs, and my security. I believe that he is aware of my needs at this time and is also looking out for my future needs. He is up to date on policies that are changing and what I need to have in that respect. He is quick in his responses and is so understanding and extremely patient when I ask too many questions or am indecisive in my selections. That is what I am looking for in an agent. I would not advice anyone to work here! If you decide to leave they won’t release your appointments to them for months. Which means you can’t work anywhere else! They don’t know what they are doing! They are destroying peoples livelihood!

This agency has poor customer service and communication. I have an open claim from Feb 2020 and cant seem to get a call about the claim I opened yesterday... even the chat feature is useless for help... I have requested to be moved to another agency and cant seem to get that done either...Update: As you can see, I did receive a reply that was two months later and puts all the blame on a no-longer employed representative. The sad part is, the issues are with communication with your corporate office not just poor employees. There is no true follow-up, so much so, that the initial issue still reflects on my profile. Also, I was just informed that my insurance deducible for my windshield costs me $500. That is a whopping savings of $30!!! Obviously, I paid the repair company directly as filing the claim is incredible usurious.... and Safelite deserved the extra $30.After discussing this with the office, the manager did invite me to go over my policy to lower my deductible (very politely) but again obviously, this does not help the current situation...

I don't know how these agency works. Insurance $$ goes up progressively after being with them for years. Never had a claim on anything. Just by magic their prices go up for no reason. I gotta switch the company.

THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THIS OFFICE WAS NOTHING SHORT OF OUTSTANDING AND THE FACT THAT I WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE ISSUE COMPLETELY RESOLVED ON A WEEKEND, YOU CAN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE.
