If there were more than 5 stars, I would have added them! Many thanks for the work you have done on my vehicle. The staff is very friendly and provides some of the best customer service I have ever seen in an auto repair shop. They offer reasonable prices and quality work done in a timely manner. As an IT guy, I also like their use of tech to communicate with customers. I have already told several people to get their repairs, tires & state inspections here!

I was extremely trepidatious about finding the source of my vehicle’s issues and these wonderfully patient and thorough folks came highly recommended. They tirelessly worked towards locating and resolving the myriad of electrical problems I had, keeping me well informed of their progress and explaining all along the way. I will most definitely be a lifetime customer and look forward to confidently pointing friends and loved ones in their direction!

I have been working on this vehicle since I put a motor in it 3 years ago that had 74,000 miles on it all in all cost right around $10,000 to have the motor put in and it was never right. Not knowing what happened possibly in handling between Texas and Virginia, but to make a long story short just didn't know what was going on with the motor. Professional auto diagnostics, took and analyzed the problems existing in the motor which required to injectors to be replaced and one having a boat broke off inside. So no matter what they advised me what the situation was took care of it put everything back together the way it was supposed to be put back together and so far I have a tremendous difference in my vehicles performance no more leaks and I thank them for their professional mannerism and how they do work with the customer to help them achieve what they're looking for. And to top it all off they work the 4th of July, gave me a call and told me it was ready.

I was putting off getting my inspection far too long because honestly I can't stand doing it. If I had known how absolutely easy it was to get it done, I wouldn't have been so stressed. It was so easy to set up my appointment online, then had reminders sent and even someone available to help if I was confused prior to the appointment. Then during pickup, there was an awesome spreadsheet of all the things that they checked into to make sure my car was safe and good. They had great recommendations on what I could do if it was important to me, and the prices were super reasonable. Being a person who really gets overwhelmed with the maintenance of my car, Michael (the owner) went through the whole thing and explained it. The people at the front were super helpful too and even got together a cute thank you bag filled with a koozie and air freshener. When I got to my car I almost screamed with how cute this card was! SO SWEET. Just go especially if you get stressed out like me. It was lovely and so so so easy. Thanks guys!!

They found what the issue was with my daughter's vehicle, and was very honest about the labor cost which was reduced because the issue was found sooner than the labor cost buildup. Very professional business. I'll be going back. I highly recommend.
