Everyone i work with told this is the place to go what a Disappointing experience, everything I asked for was. Yes sir. Yes sir told him what I'm looking for told. My challenges didn't show me any options That were worth a damn so I'll take My business elsewhere did not feel like you wanted to sell me anything or help. Went to red wing, got great service and a comfortable boot. It's a shame

Went shopping for my husband, and Bailey was incredibly helpful. She was professional and provided informative details about the brands for both males and females. I initially came in for one item but left with three. Her friendly and personal approach made my shopping experience truly enjoyable.

Horrible place. I’m a new shipyard worker in Newport News. I have proof of my receipt and that I haven’t been allowed to work outside. I brought the shoes back the next day to get a better material for my feet and they did not take it because they felt “i wore them outside”. Like i said i got them the day before and new shipyard workers aren’t even allowed to work outside….. just to let all other new coming workers know the shoes cost 120 minimum and it’s not worth it! horrible company.

I used to love this boot store. A few weeks ago I came in for boots there was gentlemen assisting me in finding boots for my husband because he works for the ship yard. The guy was very rude and not knowledgeable on which boot I should have gotten. I’m used to the old staffing girls that were very knowledgeable and pleasant. I will be taking my business to tidewater safety shoes from now on the staff are much more knowledgeable there.

I have been going to Deyong's Boots since 2007. They have a very good selection of safety shoes/boots. Ladies, they have very nice safety shoes/boots for us too! Deyong's also carries a fine selection of work clothes. Please go to Deyong's for all your work-wear needs. And, by the way, they have an excellent staff working here too! I’ve purchased most of my work boots at this store for the past few years now and have always had a positive experience. I recently had to exchange a pair of unworn boots I had purchased 2 days prior. I was assisted by Mrs Casey whom was very helpful and understanding on why I needed an exchange. I’ve had nothing but great customer service here, and will continue to shop at this store. The employees are always pleasant and helpful and I encourage anyone needing work boots / workwear to definitely pay Deyong’s a visit.

Such a cute store! Even if you're not looking for work boots they have a good collection of Carhartt products and miscellaneous work attire. Definitely recommend!

Wife needed steel toes for new job. They were quick and very helpful. Not cheap but the quality is very high.
