This CVS sucks sooo bad. You go there you are waiting forever for your prescription while the employees are joking and playing around I called and waiting over 25 minutes to talk to someone and they answer the phone laughing REALLY. They have expired vitamins on the shelves I personally found two bottles of calm vitamins over a year old. Not to mention THE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDES THEY HAVE. I STRONGLY DISLIKE THIS CVS I called theOne further down @ 23601 by the neighborhood Walmart across from the Wawa they answered in less than a minute definitely switching all my prescriptions there TF. IM sooo over this CVS. IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD

Tamera answered the phone. She said she was helping from another store. She was kind, helpful, double checked everything and made sure everything was set. Thank you so much for caring about my medicine and making sure it was taken care of promptly

Trash location customer service is not existence in the pharmacy prescription got called in mid afternoon showed up later during the night around seven prescription is not ready even though they had it for over four hours just to be told to wait 30 minutes when they already have a line of pissed off people still waiting for their medication no sense of emergency. People are playing around in the back start going to Walgreens or other pharmacies around the area. Let’s shut this place down and show them that the customers control everything.

They act like they can’t answer the damn phone!! If it’s that damn busy hire someone to just answer the damn phone it’s ridiculous, I hear someone typing and answering and hanging up the phone just to put me back in queue to speak with the damn voice robot again this is so annoying, when I come up there everybody getting cussed out!

I'm getting my meds eslewhere. My meds keep going up, and my company has some sort of deal with CVS that I have to get them here. Well, guess what? Through Good R X, it's cheaper. I'm not purchasing via CVS anymore! Medical system in this country is a joke. Everything is money, and the patient who is the one who PAYS has NO say on anything!

Zero stars isn’t an option. The pharmacy does not ever answer the phone and when you go in, they have music blaring and workers singing and dancing. Half the time when you go to the drive through, it’s closed. The other half of the time you’re in line for 30 minutes. Maybe if the workers were actually working instead of having a party they would get more done.

This has happened multiple times now. I have waited in line both in store and in the drive thru for over 10 minutes each time. By the time I get to the front of the line I am turned away "because we are now closed". I'm sorry that's just bad customer service. You can clearly see me waiting in line. It's not like I'm just walking up. If I had just walked up, that would be a different story, I would not be as upset about this as I am. I get people have lives outside of work. However it takes two minutes to get someone their medications especially if they are saying they are completely out of their meds and can't wait until the next day.

I know everyone's complaining about time deficiency. If its a unapropriate time handling issue, you know there are other options..like walgreens or another cvs down the road. With that being said, everytime I go there, they have my prescriptions, and i know when to pick them up because of the app..they have been respectful. also on the web page (thank you google ❤️)they have a time schedule that tells you when they are busy and when their not. The lady with the septum piercing, is by far the sweetest and nicest of person ive ever met...(catch her when they first open) they always have my medicine in stock and I've really never had one problem with them. ? also I wish I knew her name,

I'm giving them 5 stars!!! Da'Quan , the BEST!!!! He assisted me with my difficult order. He was very polite, greets you when you come in the door!! Ladies, he's tall, brown, and handsome..just saying . Anyway, he went through the whole order, also he explained the steps, and took the time to help me get it right. He has a pleasant demeanor. I wish more people could be as friendly as Da'Quan. He made my shopping experience wonderful.
