Worst pharmacy EVER! All the workers are so rude they will hang up on you when you’re still talking! You get there to pick up a rx and one isn’t ran through insurance one is. You try to explain that and they hang up the phone while your at the drive threw talking still or slam the window and walk away. Still sitting in the drive threw now waiting for her to run it threw insurance

Twice I’ve received COVID vaccines here with a toddler in tow and both times the lovely pharmacist (Joan) was just so kind, so thoughtful, very patient and had a great sense of humor. I’d highly recommend this location due to my experience here. Please be kind to the pharmacy staff, it’s a hard job, especially in COVID times.

This location continues to put your prescriptions on hold even after the app says it is ready. After talking to another location, it is this store's doing not a computer thing. The are closed on Sunday and have shortened their other hours.

5 th time calling to see where my prescription is and no answer any one of the 5 times. Last prescription i got I actually had to call after 3 days and they were like oh we see it, we can fill it and have it ready tomorrow. Transferring back to Rite Aid.

I understand that this store is undermanned but I stayed, on hold for over an hour, mostly listening to that _tupid answering machine!!! if you're not taking calls, to the pharmacy, have your _____ answering machine say so, please!!! Not good business practice!!! Thinking about switching stores, to help both of us out!!!

Absolutely horrible le service. Lines are backed up inside and outside. Staff moves at the speed of smell. Spend too much time talking to people who don't even have prescriptions ready for pickup. They need a line for people whose stuff is available. Otherwise you go to the turtle line.

This is the worst cvs on the peninsula. The staff is always rude or they ignore you completely. The pharmacy is always backed up and when I went today because the CVS app told me my medication was canceled, I stood in the consultation window to find out why, only to have the actual pharmacist tell me “I will help you this time but this is supposed to be handled at the drop off counter “. The drop off counter was literally 3 feet away from us and there wasn’t anyone in line at either window. I’m going to be transferring my stuff to another pharmacy.

Just miserable. Scheduled a COVID test and, admittedly, got to the drive through about 15 minutes late. Got trapped in the wrong lane as their signage for the testing lane was unreadably faded and by the time the line moved it was 30 minutes passed. Understand the appointment being cancelled, but the drive through pharmacist was very rude instead of asking for a reschedule. I get being stressed about a backed up line and being behind, but no need to come out of the gate nasty at a customer who would've understood. Avoid this location.

Came in to search for infant/baby/children's Tylenol because of the recent shortage. To my shock, they had 1 available. The store was nice. I wasn't greeted with I walked in as I expected but I didn't mind too much. The store was big and clean. To my surprise, CVS had a lot of grocery and food and drink items. I liked the self checkout. Only reason I took some stars away from my review is because I was hoping to go to the cashier for my purchase. I had three items and my hands were tied with those three items, pushing my baby's stroller, and my purse. I asked the associate if he was available to check my items out or if I had to use self checkout and his response was "...i....guess." Not the most ideal response but I just told him no bother I'll go to self check out. Self check out service was easy! However, it does not let your card fully make the transaction unless you hit "No coupons" or "Coupons"! Took me a second to realize but it worked!!

If it were possible to give zero stars I would. This pharmacy is garbage. Took over a month to get my prescription filled and I was constantly told we’re ordering it, it will be here tomorrow after 3:00pm. We’ll finally over a month later it came in. Good thing it was not a life or death medication.

I've been getting my prescriptions at CVS for over a decade, and I've never paid attention to the reviews or ratings because the service is basically always fine and the same, but this particular location is absolutely a one star. They were incredibly rude, talking over me on the phone, rushing me to hang up before I was done explaining the situation with 3 different prescriptions that I was already having issues getting filled even after my doctor and her nurse called, and they were talking down to me as if I were stupid and don't understand how filling prescriptions works, even speaking exaggeratedly slowly which is mindblowingly unprofessional and distasteful. They are also "3-4 days behind on filling prescriptions" which I have NEVER IN MY LIFE heard of before. I've never had a prescription take more than until the next day if that. They blame covid and being understaffed, but that's everywhere's excuse nowadays, and yet every other cvs location (I've moved 4 times since 2020 so I've dealt with a lot since after covid started) isn't having that issue. As soon as these 3 prescriptions are filled I will NEVER be using this location again.

I'm a Pediatrician and just now tried to call in a Rx for an ill patient. 3 calls each on hold for 10 minutes without pharmacist answering. The third call was to store front desk who walked back and asked pharmacist to pick up, transferred my call and pharmacist still did not pick up. They do not want your business.
