0 Stars. If you are military or dependent go anywhere else. Feels like a scam. They do not care about you.Cvs called to say my husband's prescriptions were ready after we hand walked his scripts in and gave his tricare select information. Show up again and only 2/3 of them are ready because they've run out of the third. Ok, not their fault, but would have been nice to know beforehand or over the phone. They then proceed to say he has no insurance and we didn't give it to them. After I state we've already been inside to do this they said well we can't find him in DEERs. Bologna! Went immediately to the Walgreens across the street and they had no problem finding him/ filling the prescription. I feel like they were trying to scam for some reason and it makes no sense. Or were just too lazy to figure out how to bill the insurance. All in all a frustrating day after having a surgery. The techs all seemed like they didn't give a damn and were just waiting to clock out. Shady.

YOU HAVE TO STAY ON TOP OF YOUR OWN PRESCRIPTIONS!ALSO THEY HAVE TOLD ME ABOUT EVERY MONTH NOW FOR A YEAR THEY ARE SHORT ON EMPLOYEES. EASY FIX IS TO HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES ONE WOULD THINK ? ?UNFORTUNATELY THIS IS THE ONLY PHARMACY AROUND THAT CARRIES MY PRESCRIPTION:(IF I DIDNT STAY ON TOP OF IT I WOULD NEVER GET IT!! ALSO IVE SIGNED UP FOR TEXT MESSAGE ALERTS AND NOT ONE TIME HAVE THEY EVER TEXTED ME.TERRIBLE PHARMACY THAT NEVER FILLS YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS AS SCHEDULED.

I understand they have limited hours due to staffing issues however not answering the phone is not acceptable. They are very slow, unresponsive and unprofessional. You have to call them instead of them texting you when your script is ready.

I have been a loyal customer to this location for all my family medicine needs but over the last 2yrs they have become one of the WORST pharmacy. They never have medication but NEVER tell you anything they just have you waiting and waiting with no indication if your medicine is in or not and wondering if your needs are ready. They've completely abandoned their motto and practice of reaching out to the customer. Please do NOT EVER call because you'll never get thru they just let the phone ring ring ring and continue to ignore it and then look at one another like you gonna get it cause I'm not I'm too busy. CVS get it together because your pharmacy has become one of the worst of I could switch our pharmacy I would and this here is a sad statement.

Absolutely horrible experience. My doctor sent my prescription here twice and they still can’t find it within there system. They will not pick up there phone either. Everytime I try to pick up a prescription there’s a problem. Do not use this pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff are trying but the understaffing is unreal. Long wait for prescriptions. Otherwise it's a fine store.

We went and they open at 9 but on the maps it says there open fix your hours ! I'm not satisfied with this service here at CVS!

I was on hold for the pharmacy for 45 minutes before anyone picked up. The person asked if I was Mrs M and when I said no she put me back on hold. 20 minutes later I was still waiting...then realized the pharmacy had closed. They didn't have the courtesy to pick up the phone and tell me a thing. Unprofessional and rude

There was 1 person working the counter on a Saturday afternoon, ONLY 1 PERSON WORKING THE COUNTER! If you want passport photos taken, you might as well plan to stand in a corner all day waiting for customers to stop coming up to checkout. Never coming back, please go out of business

On phone for more than 38 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. NOTHING. This is the most horrible way to run a pharmacy! Obviously they do NOT care about the patients using the pharmacy. Terrible I will be switching to another pharmacy.

Save yourself and use another pharmacy...employees enter refills wrong, notified that your script is ready and the script isn't filled. Witnessed seniors standing in line for 20+ minutes bc drive-thru is closed. Decided to see how long it would take for them to answer the phone(set phone on speaker while doing chores) no answer after 59 minutes. Worst pharmacy, I'm changing locations after being a customer for 10 years.

The WORST pharmacy experience EVER. Don’t try to call they WILL NOT ANSWER the phone. On phone for 37:32, still no answer had to leave a message. Take 3 days to get my medication. And this pharmacy NEVER did a simple task of placing my meds on hold. So I had to travel over 30 miles to pick up medications.

I had an issue getting my medication filled at Walgreens and RiteAid so went here. Even though they were busy the gentleman took the time to look and explained why the issue was occurring. This provided me to ability to go back to my care provider for an alternative solution.
