Awesome Experience at CrossFit OP. I started private sessions with Dianne and she is wonderful. She is very thorough and takes the time to ensure I am doing the WOD correctly to receive the most benefit. Highly recommend!

The gym was close to our air b n b! The staff was nice, the cross fitters were really nice and approachable. They were friendly! The gym was neatly organized and it was an overall great atmosphere! Not to mention it was a great workout too that day
