Since then, we have built on our family values and our commitment to superior customer service, expanding our services to 6 conveniently located, auto detailing and carwash locations in Newport News, Smithfield, Poquoson, Langley AFB and Ft. Eustis Virginia. Before going into operation, Bobby Willis, the owner of Cool Wave Car Washes, spent 20 years working with car wash owners and car wash equipment manufacturers around the country. This experience allowed him to learn everything there was to know about about car washes. From the ideas and plans he collected, Bobby Willis took the best practices and processes and put them to work at Cool Wave.
