Due to multiple complications from a recent surgery, I need to be fitted for another ankle brace. Appointments here are easy to make, but unfortunately for me it was a waste of time! I'm certain when I scheduled this appointment, I informed whomever I spoke to that I have two insurances. Well, because my primary insurance is Tricare, I ended up having to drive back the the Hampton VA unless I paid $200 for a brace. Yikes! The front desk staff was helpful, thank goodness!

Our son received SMO's through Coastal at CHKD. We were highly impressed with their level of knowledge, their attentiveness to our concerns and the way they interacted with our fearful 2 year old. Their office staff have always been very kind and courteous over the phone as well as responding to us in a timely manner. Thank you Coastal!

Been trying to make an appt for over 6 hours. No one has called back. Receptionist never answers on Fridays and does not return calls. Thank God it's not something really urgent!!! Better off going to the Norfolk office smh
