I brought in a jacket on two separate occasions within a week and was charged 18$ one time and then $25 the second. They clearly charge more based on how you look and the jacket wasn't even ready on time.

After reading the reviews I decided to give them a try thinking things has improved over the years .Please be aware they have not Based off of the reviews I asked for a price To hem two pair of trouser she quoted me $20 a pair get there to have to pay $56 was a surprise .when Questioned the price she began to tell me what she had to do .I don't have a problem paying for quality work because she did a great job I will give them that . But if you need to do something that is going to require more then what's was quoted then you should call to see if that's what I would like to have done or pay .

Ever since Sophia and I moved to Hampton Roads, we've frequented this place mainly for clothes to be hemmed. We know we can't go in public where pants extend past our feet or shirt sleeves extend past our hands. This visit was no different. Recently, I bought two pairs of pants to wear at work from Dillards. Once I left the store, I headed here to start the process. Once I tried both of them on, we noted on how far to trim. I did say I can pick them up on Friday, which was two days from my visit. And then, both were ready for pickup. Having both hemmed cost $28, which was very reasonable. The lady said I had a discount, but I didn't ask how (should've done so but again, price was within my budget). As always, I left satisfied with the result. The next time I need some hemming, I know exactly where to go. Till next time :)

I usually go to the Warwick location but this one turned out to be more convenient this time. I requested to get patched sewn on my coveralls and they ended up dry cleaning them as well which was not what I had asked for. They wouldn’t take the charge off for the cleaning but gave me a discount which didn’t make up for the price of the coverall cleaning. Make sure you get a quote if you go here when you drop off to prove what you had ordered

Great experience with my daughters prom gown that we purchased second hand. The dress could barely come on, let alone zip. They did the alterations and rescheduled our follow up for final fitting. The gown looks tailor made to her body. They were promptly on time. The cost was up there but considering the lost art of sewing, it was worth it! Thanks

I give this place no stars!!! I would give negative stars if I could! But in order to post a bad review you have to give them a star.....My daughter uniform had the same musty it had when I dropped it. The owner dirty self told me to let me daughter wear the dirty uniform again bring it back and they would clean it again..... my thing is why would I give a business that messed up something they specialize in a second chance. Even the worker they had on duty said it was musty! $30 for piss poor service!

Dropped off a suit jacket and dress and it cost $36's. Seriously? I didn't pay a hell of a lot more to purchase the items. $18's to clean an item is ridiculously high. Oh and you don't know the price when you drop off and they sure as hell don't tell you. My fault for assuming they would be competative with other cleaners. Won't use again.

I brought in a woman's cashmere sweater $18, man's cotton shirt $10 and woman's plain white blouse $19. I had to call the owner who told me man's shirt was a speciality item . I have no idea how a cotton short could be considered a speciality item . The lady who was helping me gave me $9 off woman's shirt . I won't be back ! Make sure you get a quote if you ever go here or you will end up being screwed.
