The maintenance department quickly and as efficiently as possible attended us as our Sorento ended up requiring a brand new engine. My only negative comment is regarding the loner vehicle which I was not able to obtain until about two weeks into the engine work. Also, the loner was filthy and stunk of cigarettes with visible burn marks. Overall experience with the maintenance department was great! Thank you Christine for all the assistance in getting our vehicle ready!

It is incredibly bad how the Services Department handles processes here. I have a 2020 Kia Soul and 3 weeks ago it started with a very loud engine noise. I always did my oil changes at the dealer and the necessary checks and they never notified me of any failure. The engine just stopped running and shuts off while driving. I made an appointment at the Chesapeake kia and they had availability 2 MONTHS LATER, I made an appointment here with availability 15 days after my problem. Once I checked in, it took them 3 DAYS TO REVIEW IT, incredible. And 3 days later they say they don't know exactly what it is. That they have to review it somewhere else. AND THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE AND THEY ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME A CAR WHILE THEY SOLVE THIS PROBLEM THAT COMES FROM THE FACTORY. My car arrives for 4 weeks without working and NO ONE GIVES ME ANY SOLUTION OR GIVE ME A TEMPORARY CAR. I'm too disappointed. Nobody gives me a solution for anything here. I don't recommend it at all. I have had work and personal problems due to this situation, I am paying for a car that was made 4 years ago that is defective and no one is responsible for the consequences.

I was told by another mechanic that I had to order and provide a part for my vehicle. Called, first person who answered the phone initially only said “hello,” no formal greeting. Within seconds realized their mistake and gave a proper greeting when answering a call for a business that you represent. When connected to parts department, a woman answered, sounding clearly annoyed. I proceeded to tell her the part that I needed, she looked it up and said that they didn’t have it. It was either on backorder or discontinued. I asked if there was a way to check how long it would be backordered, she said she’d have to call the warehouse(s) (which, by her tone, she did not want to do and still sounding annoyed that I bothered her with such a stupid question). I just hung up. If this is how longtime customers are treated, then some refresher customer service training is in order.

Great experience from this dealership. Excellent service from Kaitlin Fields. She is very accommodating. Had a little problem at the end of the process, but still a five star for the dealership and kaitlin.

Purchased a car from here went all the way to the dealership to pick it up and was told I had to wait to get the car because an employee was driving the car and was off for the day. You would think if a customer purchased a car the employee had that it would be mandatory someone brought them another car or there was a clause to bring it back especially after it’s sold that’s extra mileage and a potential lost sale etc not very happy about this

Best car sales transaction ever!!! Charles made it happen for me. I went in and told him what I wanted and he never deviated from that. He did not try to put me in another vehicle except the one I wanted. I drove off the lot with my brand new car and I am so happy with my purchase. Charles is going to work hard to make sure you get what you want. I can’t thank him enough. Charles you are the best.
