Went to purchase a part at 3:40 pm on Saturday the 15 and no one ever came to the window or answer the phone, had to drive to another Honda dealership. Yes, the door was unlocked and the sign on the door said they closed at 5:30pm

What an awful experience. (1) After telling me how great their customer service was, they continued to call my wife by the wrong name and continued to delay the length of time it would take to get our vehicle (2) After making me sign paperwork saying I understood how much they respected my privacy, they continued to call me at a phone number that hasn't been mine in years and which I never gave them [indicating how they bought data about me] (3) After making me sign a paper acknowledging how awesome they were for making me pay list price and how competitive their prices were, they couldn't come within $1500 of a price on my trade which I had in writing from CarMax. Stay away. They talk a much better game than they bring.

My new car buying experience hasn't been great . I was excited to buy my new 2023 Honda pilot but that was short lived after a few days of driving it off the lot. Part of my buying experience I was in contact with a sales manager named Steven LaBelle. He acts like he cares and seems to want to help, but the nice persona he was delivering....was just a show. I soon realized that he doesn't really care at all. I know people are trying to make a quick sale and once they do they could care less about any issues you're having after the sale.At this Casey dealership they say don't honor veterans who hasn't retired from the military.. so it has to say retire on your DD 214 if you're looking to receive the military discount. I have family that work at another Casey dealership and they honor all veterans. This one here at this location doesn't apparently. Also, they don't have the remote engine start on the Honda pilot 2023 LX models here, but they do at the Casey Honda in VA beach. I wish I had went there to purchase my pilot. They also seem more nicer at the Virginia Beach location just from my the brief interaction I had with them.Within the first few days the auto locks stopped working and I was locked out of vehicle for 30 minutes before it started working again. It happen again a few times after that. Another issue: I had my car running while it was in park with the heat on so I could warm up and the whole car just cut completely off. Last but not least ...when driving at times the pilot will stall. I took it in to get it serviced and when I was there they did a quick test saying the back right tire needed replacing and this is a brand new vehicle. One of the workers at the service center said it sounds like you got yourself a lemon and he proceeded with "I would never buy a car from this place." I asked him why and he said "I just wouldn't."The service person I worked with name is David George and he had a smile on his face/ snickering when I was disappointed when they couldn't address the problems I'm having regarding my vehicle. Like it was funny. I hope he experiences someone laughing at his misfortunes like he did mines. That was very unprofessional and he could care less about the problems I was having with my car. His whole attitude was like I don't care what you're experiencing as he stood there with a smile. Why are people this way? I said to him that this whole buying experience wasn't a good one and that one of his coworkers said they would never buy a car here and he replied with "to each their own." And tried to rush me out saying your car is parked outside. Now I have to take the vehicle to another dealership to see if they can address the issues so I can drive safely in my new car. The service center here is terrible. My car is driving worse after bringing it to this place. I will not trust getting your car serviced here.I've had the worse time dealing with this dealership. I wish I had went to the Casey Honda in Virginia Beach.

I recently bought a certified used car from Casey Honda and my experience was great. It's always stressful when making a large purchase but David made me and my husband feel super comfortable throughout the process. He wasn't pushy and even made it possible to get some of the minor damages repaired through the service department!

I called this place on Friday to schedule an appointment for an oil change. The lady on the phone tells me that appointments are way out and that I should "walk-in" for an oil change (except on Monday) between 7-9 and I could wait for it to be done and it could take 1-2 hours if busy. I was OK with that and showed up well before 9a today. The service guy say's "you will have to drop it off because it will take well over 3 hours". WTH. This place is a joke and they DO NOT care as evidenced by the lack of managerial or ownership replies to these many one star reviews. I have scratched them off of my list as a reputable business.I do not recommend!

I had a great sales experience with Mike Graham. The deal was up front, and I couldn't have asked for a more simple car buying experience. Ryan Beard in the finance office was also very helpful and ended up getting a lower rate than anticipated. I would highly recommend Casey Honda.

Let me tell you...my father and I went to test drive a 2017 Kia Sorento. Against his recommendations and my better judgement, I figured it's a good deal and decided to take a look. Vehicle wasn't spotless and had a couple dents. The oil was almost black and very heavy accumulation of carbon on the exhaust. The two rear tires needed to be replaced and shouldn't have passed inspection. That's not really the problem... The sales person, Sierena Moore and her Sales Manager, Steven Labelle are a joke and honestly an insult to car sales people everywhere. I'm not a rookie nor is my father but their sales tactic is far from conventional. First, the sales person lied stating that the state inspection hadn't been completed yet knowing good and well the STICKER WITH AN EXPIRATION DATE OF 03/2023 was in the window. Any concerns I had about things that needed to be fixed was immediately brushed off like it was not big deal. The tires on that car would have never passed inspection if they didn't do it themselves. The CARFAX had it all laid out online. Second, the trade in. The sales manager said my car was only worth $7k when KBB trade in value is over $12k. I've gotten appraisals from other dealerships in Charlotte far beyond the insult they offered and that's who I'm turning to. I rather pay more for a vehicle if I know I'm going to be respected. Buyer beware if you decide to go here, or any Casey dealership, to purchase a vehicle. They wanted me a sign a document stating that I would agree to purchase the vehicle if the numbers work and that didn't include me having my own financing. They wouldn't give me my trade in value without me signing that paper. They never even ran my credit at this point and took what I said as my credit score at face value. Then offer, still without credit being pulled, was that I needed to put a huge amount down, it would take a long time to pay off my current loan (which I know isn't true working at a bank), and the payments were more than my rent in 2018 for a 36 month loan. They must think they're a buy here, pay here dealer. I used to work as a salesperson in a dealership and I now work in a bank as a loan officer. This isn't my first car purchase and I'm not stupid. The salesperson tried to play like she was completely ignorant to all jargon related to cars until I stood up to walk out and she got a really aggressive tone in her voice. The sales manager didn't take me not liking his offer either but his attitude could've been better about it. I don't need y'all but y'all doggone sure needed me if you wanted something to move off your lot of literally 15 scratched up vehicles.

Super reliable, entertaining, and thorough when it comes to his job. Will definitely be back for my car wouldn't go anywhere else!
