First experience w/this Collision Center. Everyone seemed nice, professional. Customer Service Rep seemed a little edgy. Repair work, flawless. Could've vacuumed inside (disappointing). Timing a concern, however. Would return.

My brand new car was sadly rear ended by another driver not even 2 months of me having it. Since I purchased it new and also from Casey, I wanted to make sure it was repaired at a place that was reputable and knew what they were doing.
While it did take nearly a month (with no fault of Casey as the at fault drivers insurance was dragging their feet) I am super happy with the results!! They did an excellent job with the body work and especially the paint! Jessica was super patient with me and was great at her communication. Sheila also made the arrangements of getting my drop off appointment set up and informed me the process of getting my a rental set up with Enterprise pretty easily and she was also very patient. Casey even cleaned the inside of my car too!
If I ever have to use Casey’s collision center again (which I hope I don’t) I’d definitely make the drive from downtown Suffolk again to have my vehicle repaired here! Thanks again!

Great shop to come to when your car needs repairs. Even though my car insurance claim adjuster at (National General Insurance) is trash and had an attitude she never followup with my claim repairs at this place whatsoever. I can say Alexis, Jessica, and Shelly at this place they were extremely helpful during this process and followup with me each day while my car was shop they even went above and beyond have my clean after the damage repair was done. Plus had someone to pick me up as well to get my vehicle. Thank you CASEY! ??❤️ I'm truly grateful for this.
