Top notch!!! Thats the car buying experience at Casey Chevrolet.
It took 3 days as we worked toward getting me the best deal and a vehicle that I love! Initially I began with Sade and she was great to work with. Day 2 I met Willie he was a game changer in this process then add Travis - and by day 3, I was finalizing my purchase! Willie and Travis are a phenomenal duo!
I canot emphasize how amazing working with Willie was, toward securing a vehicle. He was knowledgeable, patient and his personality was welcoming and relaxed - everything you need to make a first time vehicle purchase a pleasant experience. Travis then worked toward securing my financing and took time to explain the process, while keeping me informed along the way. Another big plus, he has an amazing personality too.
I have to mention Connor and Michael...Connor got me a great premium and Michael was the final step to financing. Both of whom also took time to walk me through each process. I would definitely recommend Casey Chevrolet. It was hands down fantastic with each rep brimming with amazingams welcomeing personalities.

Very disappointed in your service department brought my 2010 Camaro. In for an oil change entire rotation, as I'm getting ready to take a trip to Ohio I had informed the service advisor I performed all the 100000 mile stuff already. A vehicle inspection was part of the service. And nothing was inspected yet. Are you paid $88 dollars 4, an oil change entire rotation and no vehicle was inspection was done. That's extremely disappointing. Luckily I used my GM point, so it didn't cost me anything but I won't be back to your dealer very poor service. If the person brings their car in because they did all the 100000 mile stuff, a vehicle inspection still should have been done. You guys chose not to do that. I choose not to go back to your dealer. I bought my Kia from Casey Kia. I definitely see you're not much different than loyalty chevrolet. I'm not taking a 1000 mile trip without my car being inspected. Guess I'll go home and Jack it up in the air and do everything myself. I can't trust you guys. Even didn't oil change at this point. I can't believe you guys provide that level of service for a customer extremely disappointing. And mary is a very poor service advisor She decided since I already had the other work. Done. There's no reason to inspect it.That is not acceptable. UPDATE got a call no less than 5 min after postung this telling me the sheet is wrong why was i handed a sheet that say not inspected...no response given for that....her calling me made it that much worse to argue with me....a member of management should have done that....

Brought my truck in with an issue, was charged $170 and nothing was resolved. Waited 2 hours and 45 mins and was told I was ready, got in the truck and the same issue was still there.

Would suggest a new warranty insurance company. I'm a Disabled Vet that was denied a claim. Water was leaking into my car through the roof, and dripping from the OnStar Control panel in the roof panel. Assurant said they would not cover it. Don't ever get anything that has Assurant attached to it.

Only giving one star cause the service at Chevy Casey sucks. They charge me for things I’ve already had done at my last appointment for my car and they tell me “well sorry just next time I wouldn’t get that service done at your next appointment.”

Very unhappy with their performance and service. They are slow with the start of the service on my car, has held my vehicle for about 2 weeks leaving me with no transportation. Don’t recommend this dealership.

Don’t goo here they will give you the run around when your car is getting fixed either someone not there too work or they don’t have the information too give into that person is there crazy man it’s like they don’t care if you got your life an things going on but I’m sure if it was them it would be whole different story

If I could give negative stars I would. BUYER BEWARE! Bought two trucks from them with a trade in. The first time they took weeks to payoff the loan from the truck they bought from me (the trade in). During that time we got the run around and lied to. They said they hand delivered a check and yet the bank had no check to process, while Casey kept stating the check was delivered. FINALLY after a week’s worth of run around they wrote another check and hand delivered it and suddenly the bank received it.
Months later we buy another truck and SAME SONG AND DANCE (different vehicles same situation)! It’s been 30 days and the trade in isn’t paid for we spoke to Adam this whole time and he makes promises that the situation is being handled and he will get back with us. There is NO CUSTOMER APPRECIATION for our business. The car we bought is paid off on their end and they drag their heels on paying off the vehicle in my name. Meanwhile interests are occurring and we get the run around. Why are we paying the thousand dollar processing fee if they can’t take care of the processing ON TIME? If Adam has anything to do with your transaction RUN AWAY! The employees are rude and unprofessional. If you enjoy being lied to and getting the run around more power to you do business with them. But if you don’t like dealing with the hassle and are looking for a smooth business transaction STEER CLEAR of Casey. Summary: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CASEY PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE. A vehicle is not worth THIS hassle!
