Brought my truck in with an issue, was charged $170 and nothing was resolved. Waited 2 hours and 45 mins and was told I was ready, got in the truck and the same issue was still there. Needless to say, I'm not thrilled with the service or communication (or lack there of) that was afforded to me and won't be bringing my vehicles back there.

1. Offers no courtesy cars and when I pre-requested a rental car when I set up the appointment , it was dismissed and they didn’t have any available upon arrival.
2. No communication. Had to call multiple times requesting an update only to be put on hold multiple times with a promise of a call back. No call back.
3. Dismissed the two issues I’m having with the truck and had it for 6 hours just to tell me “nothing is wrong”

Very disappointing experience trying to get warranty work completed on my truck I had heard some bad things about Casey’s dealership but I figured with the simple tasks at hand; and the convenience of it being right next to my house I would give them a chance that was a mistake I won’t make again.
After scheduling an appointment for a quick warranty job and adding on the simple task of greasing the steering on the front end, I was assured that it was a easy job, and I’d get the truck back the same day, which was very important to me. I was very shocked when I went to pick it up to learn that no work had been accomplished on my truck due to some confusion about the work requested and the service adviser misdialing my phone number (we confirmed the number I had provided was right, and I saw where it was misdialed on the phone).
I understand mistakes happen, and I understand that they would rather clear up confusion instead of going in blind not sure of what I was asking for. But I am legitimately shocked that after holding onto my truck for 8 full hours there was never an attempt made to try to call again, and also shocked that the advisor was not aware of what “greasing the steering” meant since basically every single GM truck that I’m aware of requires this as a basic maintenance step.
I’ll be going elsewhere for anything I need a dealership to accomplish from here on out

Had an oil change appointment today. Service was expedient. Communication was immediate with text, email, followed by a phone call. Special thanks to Ms Mary Yeatts and the Techs that worked on my truck today.

I wish I had never been to this service department. They found a “recall” for my radio and I left it with them. When I got my car back, guess what doesn’t work? No sound comes from my car and I am moving next week.
