I dropped my vehicle off over four and half hours ago for an oil change, to check a faulty sensor and to check the freon level. I called the dealership at 5pm to check on the status of my vehicle mind you the service department closes at 6pm. I soke a Kendra who was rude and incompetent and was unwilling to help in way possible. I was transfered to John Henry Garcia who is the Sales Manager who told me that my service advisor Julia had left for the day. Julia never contacted me to let me know that my vehicle was not going to be ready tonight. The so called service manager Chris Culp left for the day without updating me on the status of my vehicle either. Not sure if the culture you have there thinks that it is acceptable to leave a paying customer hanging with his SUV not finished and just go home for the day but that is exactly what happen. No follow up no update just left and went home. Poor example of customer service. The sales manager John Henry Garcia said he will call me back with an update never did. And these are the so called leaders of this dealership? This is one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had
Furthermore neither Aubery or Kendra should be customer facing. Both are rude, incompetent and incapable of providing empathy or taking ownership of a customer's concern. To them your customers who pay their salaries are bothersome inconveniences

I recently leased a BMW from Casey BMW with Robin's help over the phone. She was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, making the process quick and stress-free. Robin answered all my questions and ensured I got the perfect car for my needs. I highly recommend Robin at Casey BMW for her exceptional service and dedication.

Danisha and the crew did a great job making this out of state purchase as seamless as possible (where other dealers were unable to do so). Car was detailed with a bow on it, and they took time to walk me through setup and get in and out efficiently. Would purchase through the again!

Casey BMW was a great place to buy a car. The sales team was very helpful (and patient) as I decided which car would be best for me. Danisha was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. I highly recommend Casey BMW for your next purchase!

I bought a 2024 I5 remotely and the entire team at Casey was fantastic. White glove treatment from start to finish and incredible communication every step along the way.

This dealership does not even deserve a single star. Having owned BMWs and various other vehicles over the past 10 years using dealerships in Maryland, Richmond, Virginia Beach, Hampton, etc., this is by far the worst dealership I have ever encountered. Truthfully, they just do not care about a single thing that goes on under their roof. Earlier this year, my car needed an oil change and a loaner vehicle was arranged due to where I live and both my job, I was given an electric loaner that had not even charged overnight. Once I got inside of the vehicle saw the mileage remaining and where I needed to go, I took the car back and got my vehicle back. Eventually, that service was completed on a later date with more time wasted. Now, the same thing has happened except the woman working the service desk was determined I was not going to get the loaner car as promised. She made it her personal mission to see to it that I would not get one. She told me I could wait for the service or take the shuttle. I asked to speak to the dealership manager and he never came down to speak to me or just hid. With that being said, the service counter is full of the most rude yet incompetent people. They are only interested in side eyeing, talking amongst themselves, being disrespectful, and sipping soft drinks and eating snacks. This has been a problem for years yet the same ole dilly dallies sit back there and somehow Casey manages to add a few new ones here and there when they should be cleaning house. My vehicle was also supposed to be appraised this visit, so I could buy or lease a new BMW. There is no way that is happening because I'd rather drive around a 1992 cigarette car with the upholstery dangling from the roof with one rim missing and a cassette player than to give this place another dime of my money or minute of my time.

Between experiences with BMW, Audi, and Tesla, Casey BMW might be the worst dealership on the east coast, especially with service. Of multiple service appointments for routine things, there was a problem every single time. Staff do not care. I was in the process of buying a new BMW and thankfully I got to experience one last disaster with them to be done with the brand. I will smile when I read the news in the future that this place went out of business.
