“Having been raised in Hampton, VA, I was familiar with Abbey Carpet. However, I had never before done business with them. For the most part, I was very pleased with their customer service. I felt like their goal through the entire process was to make me happy with my floor purchases (carpet, luxury vinyl plank and bathroom tile) and installation of same. They were very accommodating with my schedule, and I am very pleased with my products. Any concerns I had were swiftly cared for, and I do believe I got a good, fair deal. My only concern was with the business end of the process. I had to pay close attention to the details of the charges to make sure they were accurate. However, any questions I had were quickly addressed and corrected as necessary. I do LOVE all of my floors, and I would choose Abbey Carpet again and recommend them to others.”

Following repair of the foundation problem by another contractor, the flooring was replaced by Floor Coverings International. They did a wonderful job restoring the integrity and appearance of the floor. We couldn't be more pleased with their work!”
