Horrible. Ordered a medical apron and not only did it take months to receive it, it fell apart in just 2 days! Not even worth the time to contact anyone. In the trash it went. Never ordering from this company again!

Worst customer service ever! I placed an order and they charged my card but never got an order confirmation. After TWO months I have not received neither the products I payed for nor a refund. Thousands of emails saying they’ll send the products, then saying they’ll give me my money back, but still nothing…

We have dealt with this company for years satisfactorily but over the last 2 years it has been a nightmare. Not one custom apron in 10 has come back fitting properly the first time. No communication from them or their Rep. Have been waiting for things that were sent back to them in July. No one sends an update, no one answers the phone. It is truly unbelievable for a custom product that cost 1K each.

I gave you 5 stars in the hopes you guys will read, and consider my advice, as actively as you do on indeed. Your company has a lot of employment issues going on. Current employees rate you 5 stars, and sing praises in record numbers. A clear sign, they are desperate for reliable coworkers. Not a single former employee comes close to a 5 star rating. Fire whoever is working on job recruiting and interviews in HR. They are so out of touch. It's an insult to put on a job listing that you require an associates, but won't list salary range. Unacceptable in the current economy. Also, the turnover rate is too high. Proper vetting and setting of accurate expectations isn't happening. Just add a new position to replace your current job recruiter in HR. You're welcome, and best of luck.

Terrible company. Terrible quality control. I ordered a new apron 5 months ago and still have not received it. They continue to lie and say it will be shipped. Never deal with them again.

Ordered a Tailored Apron with them.As a disclaimer I haven't received my order yet, but will update this review ASAP afterwards.I just wanted to pitch in that customer service is not what you'd expect it when you buy stuff at this price.They are sloppy with their emails, taking 2-5 days to answer everytime. I sure hope the fit on the Apron will be perfect, but right now they told me that the order I made in early december won't ship until the end of the month.
