A group of my friends decided to do something different and fun. Our experience at Buff City soap provided both. It was different and fun. The best part is we will all be smelling good. Lol.The clerks were polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and fine. Thank you guys for making fond memories for a bunch of senior citizens....

I just ran across this store today on my travels to meet friends for lunch. Came out of the store so excited to get home and do laundry: I’m sitting here smelling the dryer with the dryer balls in it. Wow! Definitely going back to try more things!

Will not shop here ever, employees was very unprofessional. Didn’t once greet my family, or ask if we needed help with anything? This is not a good luck for the company at all.
