As a military family, we’ve been to a few different daycare centers over the years and by far the staff at Bright Heights are the absolute best. They truly brought so much joy to our children’s lives and we are forever grateful for them!

I am a nervous FTM so daycare was a tough decision. But wow - the folks at BHLC are really incredible. My four month old son clearly enjoys going and is happily exhausted when I pick him up. I so appreciate the app updates and pictures throughout the day too. The staff are exceptional and deeply care. I love how they all say hello and goodbye to him each day. It just feels like they really care for his well being and happiness. What more could a mom want? Thank you BHLC!!

This is an amazing facility. The one star review of a disgruntled employee. As a parent of an enrolled toddler, our needs are met and he is developing wonderfully.

Bright Heights has been a huge part of our family for the last 9 years. The staff have always gone above and beyond, loving and caring for our boys. At Bright Heights our boys learned a lot about numbers and letters, but also learned how to be good friends and the importance of kindness.

I’m not sure what the low ratings are talking about. The staff is amazing and friendly, they all care about my son. The communication and updates are refreshing to know he is taken care off and happy. They understand how to properly impact growth and development. Our time with them has been effortless and stress free.

BHLC has been a phenomenal experience for our family! Having two kids matriculate through their programs since infancy, our family can attest to the care, hard work, efficiency, and creative programming that occurs at BHLC. Ms. Charmaine has been exceptional in keeping us abreast of changes and with making the child and parent experience an engaged one. In particular, the center did an exceptional job navigating the global pandemic. Hearing experiences from other parents of how other centers/agencies dealt with the situation...I was extremely grateful that my family was with BHLC. Also, BHLC focuses on ensuring children are ready for school, while also emphasizing the social-emotional aspects of development; they truly want to see children succeed...both inside and outside. We toured many schools before deciding on BHLC, and I am grateful that we made this choice.

Our three kids attended Bright Heights from 2000 until the last one in 2009. We found a place where staff treated our children like their own. We cannot express in words how appreciative we are of Becky and Amy and all the other staff who cared for our children and taught them so many things.
