This was the worst customer service experience I ever had. New to the area and called Ford dealerships in the area to schedule a routine service. They couldn't get me in until the following Saturday. I called 4 days before my appointment to confirm and they couldn't find the appointment in the system. There was no record of it. I always write down the name of who I speak to so the receptionist put me on hold and then transferred me to service. Al was rude, abrupt and disrespectful. He asked me why I was calling again and that he would see me on Saturday. I told him there was no record of the appointment in the system and the receptionist transferred me back. He replied with "I don't know. We are good. we are good. Ok?" Needless to say I canceled the appointment and called another dealership. Hall Ford Newport News much better. Received a confirmation text alert of my upcoming appointment!

By far the worst dealership I've ever been to. I have a 2015 mustang ecoboost premium. I got my car towed up there because it died at a red light a few weeks back and I haven't been able to get the car started let alone put my windows up because they were down by the time my car died. I drop the car off Friday at 830am for my appointment. I get a call at 2pm Friday from the same service associate who checked me in and he's asking me where my car is( I told him exactly where the tow dropped it off before leaving the office) and after he finds it he's asking why the windows don't work and why are two panels removed( I explained to him that morning that my windows don't work and that I had to remove the panels to shift into Neutral for the tow and to test my fuses). I decide to go by after I get off work and just as I thought, my car hasn't moved an inch since I dropped it off that morning. So then today just before 1pm I get a call from Bowditch again they're telling me after all that they won't work on my car because " they don't want to touch someone else's repair" ( the two panels that are open). I've been jerked around when asking for a time on my repair and blamed for others incompetence or lack of memory when questioned about the condition of my vehicle. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Would never recommend!!

I had to get my car towed here because my security system had locked my key out by the time I got my car back I had to replace two keys and remove my remote start as well as replace an alternator that I had literally just replaced the mechanics are very polite however it took them quite a while to get my car together and it was way more expensive than I could imagine I went in for one thing I left out with about four

I have no complaints with Bowditch Ford. They went out of their way to try and fix my vehicle. They kept giving me updates and I am truly appreciative at their service and dedication for helping me resolve my issues. Thank you very much.

We had an appointment for Sat oil change. Nice cool place to wait with free coffee. The manager was friendly and so was the cashier. We'd only just been there about 10 minutes and it was done! They even topped off our fluids no charge. This is the place to go for a pro oil change and neat and clean seating inside. Did I mention the free coffee?

Do not go here! Terrible customer service. I visited on 2 April 2022. It should be first come first serve. It is not and individual receiving vehicles does zero to enforce it.
