I came in the store on Saturday to buy a pair of boots for my wife's birthday. She picked out a pair of boots but they were creased from people trying them on and walking around. We asked if we could have a new pair shipped to us and they were more than happy to help. I placed the order and paid right then. Yesterday they came in the mail and it was the EXACT SAME PAIR. I was furious! Did they think I wouldn't notice that they boxed up the same pair and shipped them to me? How stupid do you think I am? I went back to the store for an explanation and all they said was it was company policy. No other explanation. So bad customer service is policy. All I got was a forced apology and a refund. I don't know who the district manager is but I would love to hear from them. Whoever is running this store has zero problem screwing over customers. Huge waste of time. I ordered a pair from Nashville Boot Company. It was cheaper even with expedited shipping. Will never darken this companies doorstep ever again.

Went in to find steel toe boots for work. There was a very nice selection to choose from. Mostly, I'd like to call out Haven. She was very helpful getting us signed up for the rewards program, and she was extremely nice and courteous; offered assistance when trying to find the matching boot.

Amazing customer service, you feel welcome when you come in. I went in to buy some boots for work and became a regular. The inside smells like high quality leather and always has a friendly environment and amazing decor throughout, amazing music and clothing for everyone.You can get every boot imaginable, quality shirts and jeans, cowboy hats, belts and buckles, hats and even cologne. The only thing I do dislike is the clothing size, I’m a medium and it’s not exactly difficult but you tend to find yourself having to sort through all the stuff there to get that medium, it’s great if you are a large+ though.Overall amazing store and incredible products and customer service!!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Haven! She was one of the most sweetest, polite, and friendly persons I’ve ever met. She made sure all my questions were answered. She had a pretty smile on her and didn’t hesitate to show exceeding customer service. I wish more people in this world had her personality. She made me feel comfortable and happy! With an employee like this, she needs a promotion. She is a great fit for this company. She has the most purest heart! She was so friendly that I could write several books about her. Her personality was nothing but Love and Caring. She made sure her customers came first. It’s so much I could write about her. She just has the most warmest heart and I wish her nothing but positivity in her life, nothing but success and great things. I give her all the STARS and some more. She was just so awesome and understanding. Her personality seemed so unreal because of how kind she was. Nice meeting you Haven! You Rock! You’re The Best! Keep It Up! You Can Do Anything! The store is amazing with so many options for things you don't even know you need! More importantly the service is top notch! Cori was so dedicated to helping us piece together just the right outfits for each of our personal styles. She also took the time to make sure the items rang up at their best sale price even when we didn't realize they should be discounted! We don't live in the area but I would drive an extra hour to come back to this specific boot barn because it was just that good!

Great store and even better customer service. This was my first time inside a boot barn and it’s impressive. I’ll definitely be back. It’s an upscale well stocked everything you need department store for boots and western wear.I personally found the boots a little confusing to sort through as far as trying to find the correct size or even brand, but luckily they are more than willing to help make sure you find the perfect pair of boots. So just ask for help! The selection is huge to say the least.I’ll be back. Love me some Boot Barn!

Originally I was only going to get some boots for my graduation, but thanks to the wonderful customer service from Sam I walked away with everything I needed. Sam helped me find dresses that were flattering for my figure and jewelry to match. I was so overwhelmed by the great selection, but she took her time to make sure I got everything I needed to feel beautiful on one of the most important days of my life. I wish more salespeople were like Sam. I’ll definitely be going back. The store was very well organized and the dressing room were clean and spacious. Oh and the bathrooms were clean!

I walked in reluctantly as I didn't think I would find anything that would fit me. As soon as I entered, I was greeted by smiles and a welcoming energy. I asked the ladies at the front registers if they carried plus sizes and they assured me I'd find sizes up to XXL or 16 in pants. With newfound confidence, I browsed the well lit, spotless, well stocked store. I mean, EVERYTHING was displayed beautifully. Still nervous, I tried on a few things and found myself some gorgeous, appropriately priced items that fit perfectly! I kept looking around and MORE employees asked if I needed help and made conversation with me. I WILL be going back and I DEFINITELY recommend this boot barn specifically to anyone looking for good quality western wear and good people who obviously run this store with love AND care.
