Horrible place! I went to pay my bill…so I thought! Instead the cashier kept my money and I had to buy a phone card to pay for my bill! Do not trust their employees& manager! Went back with the receipt I was given(they gave me a very old receipt from someone else’s purchase) and I asked them to check the cameras! The manager “was out of town/vacation” VERY SHADY PLACE! Do not trust this boost mobile

Jus went an got a phone tonight at BOOST MOBILE ON JEFFERSON AVE. SUITE D... spent 200.00..only to come home to NO PHONE in the BOX!! By time I got home an seen the store was CLOSED! Called but couldn't leave a voice mail because it was FULL!! JOHN was the name of the guy who did my transaction.. an now I will have to be LATE for WORK tomorrow jus to GO get my PHONE that I should of had already in MY BOX!!!! UPDATE!!I went back this morning and he was waiting for me! Seems he put the phone on counter.. me not noticing when he gave me the bag I walk straight out thinking it was in box in bag..

Paid more than I expected and when I questioned why the price was so high. I was told because of a setup fee, but I've been with Boost for about 3 years. I didnot receive my receipt and when I called Boost Customer service, I was also told that the transaction could not be seen on my account, and that they would try to get in contact with this location to see why I was charged an activation fee. I feel like I was taken advantage of and will be leaving Boost, this was a horrible experience.

I never had good services with boost yet my bill was 80$ month because I thought I was paying for good services! I ENDED UP CALLING EVERY MONTH DUE TO POOR SERVICE ;( SAD!!!The best thing to happen to me was the switch over that T-Mobile took part in and I became a new customer of T-Mobile and now I'm a Metro TMobile customer.The plans are cheaper. I'm getting what Im paying for and Iv had no issues since I switched in Jan 2022 from Boost to TMobile.I have cell phone towers in all the areas I travel with out issue!! My hotspot last longer than 5 or 6 days.I use it alot and I expect to pay for it but not if I'm simply not getting it.I often do reviews per company's I use and I typically do not write bad reviews. I will simply move onto next product but Boost really grinded my gears!Again I don't mind paying...but........ Not if I'm not getting what Iv paid for AT ALL!

This location has the friendliness employee working there I'm not sure of his position but he is great now there corporate employees is what mess up this location because they are useless. They will give you the run around when it comes to doing the ACP government program because they want you to stay with them and pay a monthly fee of $57.00 for the program that is free so then you leave them and won't give you the correct pin for your account transfer and so you have to start all over which means don't go to Boost with your ACP go straight to any other mobile company to get it done right the first time. Now that I have my mother with a good company she good so again stay away from Boost it will save you time in the long run and you're welcomeUpdate I did reach out to your team which didn't provide any help because as you know all fees had to be paid before I got the phone and then your help was only to disconnect my mother's phone for non payment... it all boils down to the fact that Boost Mobile doesn't know how to properly handle ACP.

The representative John has rude customer service. He did not check my service before leaving store. He had a whole attitude because I returned to location for phone not working smdh! I advise y’all don’t go there he only wants commission instead of doing his job!!!!

ALEXIS is definitely the true definition of what customer service is all about! I recently opened an account on Nov 12. Had nothing but issues since that day. After 11 horrible phone calls to customer service of been hung up on, told someone would call me, said the matter had to escalated and takes 48 hours. Alexis fixed my issue was urgency and had me up and running with in 30. He took ownership of my issue! Alexis was friendly, energetic and his eagerness to help me while multitasking alone in the store was the icing on the cake. Alexis definitely deserves his kiddos for being a great, professional Boost Representative! THANK YOU ALEXIS FOR YOUR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!
