I was having issues with my AC on my Tucson and had it fixed at Bills Auto. A couple of months later I noticed the AC not blowing that nice refrigerator air. I was scheduled to bring it in on a Monday morning to have it looked at free of charge. When I picked up my car I got a simple explanation on the function buttons on my dash board for Max AC. I felt kind of foolish but I was assured it was no problem. I was given instruction at no charge. Everyone I have met at Bills Auto has been kind, courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. Prices are fair and I’m confident of the staffs workmanship. Have referred two other friends to Bills Auto for repairs. If you see a Tucson with frosted windows it’s me enjoying the artic breeze.

I spent over 2000 dollars to repair the ac on a truck,it never was that cold and less than 300 miles later it didn't work.They recharged system checked for leaks said it's fine.2 weeks later guess what ac still not working.

Brought our 2017 Lexus in as AC was not working. Although they took 3 days to diagnose and study what was going on, they repaired it and only charged us for the repair, and not all the hours spent searching for the problem. Obviously, they care about what they charge their customers, and it is very refreshing these days to see this. Very professional!

Had been taking my vehicles to the same place for years. Suddenly, personnel changed, and my trust was gone. I tried Smith's as it was close to home and they did State Inspections. Couldn't be more pleased with the ease of making an appointment and the courtesy and professionalism with which I was treated. Looks like I found a new home for servicing the "fleet". Bill Smith's has done work on my vehicle several times and I've grown to trust they will give me honest service at a fair price. Most recently I left my vehicle for a week while I was out of town and when I dropped it off, asked them to thoroughly look it over and tell me what it needed. They came back with a reasonable list for a vehicle with just over 200000 miles and a fair price on the work to be done. I cannot recommend Bill Smith's Auto enough.
